Customer Review Summary
Table service is what reviewers raise most, with servers described as friendly, attentive and regularly checking in, and one noting the pace never felt rushed. Close behind is the food, with pizza repeatedly called perfectly done and the menu variety praised. Diners name the bolognese and pasta, while one family enjoyed ribs, a calzone, dough balls and garlic ciabatta, finishing with a chocolate brownie sundae and sticky toffee pudding. Another had gelato with sprinkles and sauce, and a perfectly poured Birra Moretti and a gin and tonic also get a mention. A few mention a lovely atmosphere and decor, though others visited when the restaurant was fairly quiet. The one critical review describes a passion star martini as disgustingly strong, with the fruit impossible to taste, and says the waitress did not ask about the food until long after the plates were cleared. Several reviewers say they will be back, and one, returning after a few months, was served by the same server again, while another had a voucher accepted with no fuss.

“This place is consistently good on both food and service. Pizzas are always perfectly done and the menu variety is great. Always a lovely atmosphere too. Today we had Carolyn as our server and she was absolutely lovely and very attentive. Faultless food and service. Highly Recommend”

“Vaiga and Mali were both so attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. They checked in regularly, made sure everything was taken care of, and provided excellent service from start to finish. They really helped make the experience enjoyable. I can’t really comment on the atmosphere, as we visited just after lunchtime and it was fairly quiet at the time, but the service we received was fantastic. Thank you, Vaiga and Mali, for taking such great care of us! 😊”
