About Bramble
Bramble is a cafe in Glasgow at 924 Pollokshaws Rd, set up to welcome dogs as well as their owners. Each dog gets a bowl of water, and a small dog menu gives them something of their own. For people, the kitchen serves Korean fried chicken waffles and Korean brisket toast, and the chilli eggs come on sourdough with avocado. A chimichurri brunch and pancakes add to the choices. A wait for a table is common, and the team calls you when yours is ready.

Customer Review Summary
Pancakes are the dish regulars name most warmly, with one reviewer rating them 10/10 and another saying they always order them. The Korean brisket toast follows close behind, praised for flavourful brisket that wasn't dry, pickled onions and nicely poached eggs. The chimichurri brunch also gets top marks. Chilli eggs split opinion: one diner found them underwhelming cheesy scrambled eggs, while another loved them on sourdough with avocado. Portions are repeatedly called huge and good for the price. The most common complaint is waiting for a table at busy weekend brunch, though several say it is worth it and one suggests arriving early. Other criticism is specific. The Mexy benedict was overpowered by chorizo, the Korean fried chicken waffles were very sweet with a slightly soggy waffle, and the coffee was called average and slightly burnt by some. One reviewer noted that staff don't offer a choice of milk. One dog owner was met with a bowl of water straight away and a small menu for dogs.

“Fantastic Spot for Breakfast and Brunch! This place really hit the spot—breakfast was absolutely delicious and kept me satisfied all day. I ordered the chilli eggs on sourdough with avocado, and it was the perfect combination of flavour and comfort. I highly recommend trying it! The atmosphere was relaxed yet lively, filled with the buzz of conversation that gave it a warm, homely vibe. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I couldn’t fault the staff at all. I brought my border collie along, and they were super dog-friendly. He got a bowl of water right away, and they even offered a small menu for dogs. I treated mine to some scrambled eggs, which he loved. As someone who usually enjoys making breakfast at home, I was seriously impressed. I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re in the area, make sure to stop by! I also came back for a 2nd and 3rd time!”

“Food was nice and tasty, but not extraordinary. Ordered ciabattas, chipotle chilli eggs, a cappuccino, and a latte. The coffee was only average. They have oat, almond, and skimmed milk available, but staff don't offer a choice. Asking customers for their milk preference would provide a much more personalised experience.”

“Just so good. It’s hard to go new places when bramble is consistently so good. Everything we try is great and we always enjoy their specials. It’s great quality and fresh and good value. We always particularly enjoy the pancakes but the Korean brisket toast is great. They’re also just lovely people. There is sometimes a bit of a wait on tables but they call you when the table is ready and it’s always worth waiting for.”

“I come here almost every weekend because their food is always amazing and they have some unique brunch options. I recommend coming a bit early so you don't have to wait too long for a table. The wait is definetly worth it though!”
