  “Came Friday at 7:30 to meet friends, and was stopped at the door by the security guard. Explained I was meeting friend inside, and asked me to “prove it” with a text message that they were inside. Then made to stand and wait, eventually proved friends were inside (by text message) and only then asked for ID. Asked the 6+ group of people inside, if anyone else was asked this question, they weren’t. And others that joined after my arrival were not asked the same question. Felt it was asked just to embarrass me, and cause discomfort. Terrible way to be greeted, horrid way to start that night ? Also could’ve literally got anyone text me that were in that bar 🤔 so not that good of a security message.”

  “24/5/26 just left after asking the waitress if we could sit at a table in Buchanan st outdoor tables. We were told any table and I will be over to take your order, by Black hair with red dyed ends waitress. Hahaha 23 minutes later we listened to her slag off a couple of female customers to another staff member and then gossip to the bouncer right next to our table even another table approached her, seeing as she wasn't serving, even though her station desk was next to our table. Overheard enough after 23 minutes no menus or attention just terrible attitude from her so even when we stood up to leave, right next to her she did not attempt to rectify the terrible situation.”

  “Bouncer is on a power trip! Let half my group in then decided one of us was too drunk so the rest of us weren’t allowed in. We couldn’t get a hold of our friends inside so I approached him and asked if he could help us by asking the bar staff to let them know or even to let one of us in to tell them. He completely ignored me and stood on his phone scrolling on TikTok and didn’t even look at me. I understand that turning people away is part of his job but so is keeping people safe and treating someone like that is extremely rude and completely uncalled for. He proceeded to let my friend in that he had originally turned away and then refused the rest of my group and still refused to talk to me. Don’t know who he thinks he is but he definitely needs fired. My friends and I really like this bar as well but it has made me not want to go back there. Shame”

  “We were having a really good time, enjoying our friends birthday, getting rounds. First round x4 vodka cranberries on a hospitality discount…second round, double the price. We questioned it and was given another round for free. Glad they rectified in the way they did but the bartender with glasses and pink her was giving us stink eyes and attitude for the rest of the duration. As a “hospitality” rewarding venue, we felt unwelcome by the bartender and this made us all feel uncomfortable. She did not want to be here or serve others. Such an uncomfortable vibe to drink 2 rounds of drinks at.”

  “Nice bar with a cosy terrace and outdoor seating. The cocktails could be bigger, they seem pricey at £10 served in small glasses. I went during the week when it was quiet, not sure how the atmosphere is at the weekend”
