“Had a fantastic lunch here this afternoon. We had prebooked a table for 10 people and on arrival were offered the choice of two different tables either of which was more than adequate. The service was first class, the food was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. We chose to eat indoors, but the view from the lakeside terrace is lovely, and maybe next time we will book a table outside. Will definitely be back!”

“This place exceeded our expectations, we phoned at 5.30 to book a table for 8pm and they accommodated us even though it was a Friday night. It was so busy yet we had the perfect table right in the corner on the veranda with wonderful views. The food was delicious! And it came out piping hot and really quickly and Gabriela was attentive and polite and I knocked my glass of Prosecco that came with my pornstar martini over and I was a bit sad and she replaced it!”

“Our first time in Wellington and Heron on the Lake was the perfect place to decompress. Probably the best lasagna I've ever had too! The atmosphere and ambience is absolutely great! Highly recommend to try this place if you're in the area!”
