  “Wow Happy Palace is without a doubt the most best chinese takeaway me and my partner have ever eaten. I really love chinese food it's my favourite takeaway but Happy Palace is on a whole different Level it is the best one ever. The food arrived really fast and the delivery driver was happy and very kind. we loved our food so much down to every last bit it was packed with delicious flavours.The sauces was also packed with delicious flavours and we loved ever bit of it.”

  “Probably the worst Chinese meal we've had. My salt and spicy beef was so salty and had so much chilli i threw most of it away. I bought 3 different types of rice dishes..... they all tasted the same and were so dry. Both my partner and I have had upset stomachs. Never again”

  “The food was average—not bad, but nothing special. However, the delivery experience was unacceptable. My phone died while I was waiting outside for my order, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the delivery driver came to my address shouting and cursing at me. He insulted me, called me names, and even made derogatory comments about needing to go to university. He also used the word "spastic," which is completely inappropriate. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and no customer should be treated this way. I would not recommend ordering from here unless they address their staff's professionalism and customer service. Update: Today both of us were troughing up, and felt really unwell.”

  “Brilliant! We were a little nervous given some of the reviews, but were drawn to the good veggie options. We took the plunge. We ate the food. And we loved it! A proper good Chinese. We'll definitely be returning for more delicious bean curd experiences.”

  “I hate to do this, I never leave bad reviews but this will be my first. After being sent chicken balls that were cold, pink and mushy in the middle, to not refund my meal is unacceptable. Having raw chicken on my plate has obviously put me off my whole meal, and to only be given £7.20 refund is upsetting.”
