  “Food is incredible, always is and good sized portions. Some reviews says the owners have changed but this isn’t true as I know the owners tim and Linda and they’ve been running it for years, just few new lads out the front taking orders. Best Chinese around”

  “Advertised as open on January 10th but closed, many others disappointed as well. Used to be a good Chinese but quality and customer care is now poor. This is a great village, fantastic fish and chips, very good and popular Victoria Inn but poor Chinese.”

  “we visited here whilst we were staying in Cornwall for the week. we placed an order over the phone to arrange a time to collect our food. the service was super efficient and the food was honestly beautiful. very flavoursome, colourful and vibrant! we ordered a picture of dishes such as salt and chilli chips, egg fried rice, crispy beef in chilli sauce and a couple more item, all equally as tasty! id also like to mention that as we were driving off, the lovely people working there ran out in a hurry as they'd forgot to pack something (easy mistake) I've never known anybody run out after a customer to ensure they had everything they paid for! amazing customer service. we hope to be back next year! thank you so much.”

  “Oh dear, barely enough duck meat or spring onions or cucumber for 4 of the 6 pancakes but that didn't matter because 3 of the pancakes where ripped and torn to shreds anyway. Phoned up, they apologised and said that they don't make the pancakes!!! This has been my local for 5 years. I'll gove them one more go, but if its the same again then you've lost a customer. I get things are more expensive, but don't cut back so far cos it's a bit like saying you're selling me 2 sausages with my breakfast, but only one turns up. And the response was poor. Your supplier, your problem.”

  “Food really is lovely, however I was let down by finding a hair in the curry! :( shame as it's been a childhood favourite place and has a 5 star hygiene rating. I know things can happen and owners have changed, but I can't give it 5 star after finding this. Despite all the bad reviews and this could be a one off, the food is still good.”
