“I had a drink here with my wife and two young children a few weeks back. On arrival we were unsure if it was child friendly or how welcome we’d be as it had a bit of a fine dining vibe. However the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and were really sound to us. Not to mention the beer prices were better than most places around! Made for a great pint in the sun”

“The children wanted a few hours on Maenporth beach to do some kayaking and paddle boarding. We have Indy the dog, unfortunately dogs aren’t allowed on the beach between 10am and 6pm. As it was lunch time we went to the Cove. Dogs were super welcome as were we. We sat on the terrace and had prawn linguine, prawn and tomato risotto with a lovely piece of hake, as a side we had shell on king prawns in garlic butter. The food was amazing!!!”

“We had a party of 12 for a birthday party. We asked the Cove if they could do our own menu of Jumbo prawn cocktail and fillet steak which they said yes. They food was beyond delicious and the service was amazing, I would highly recommend this restaurant and we are looking forward to dining with you again. We are local and would urge local people to support this restaurant Kathy”
