About Exeter Fast Food
Exeter Fast Food is a takeaway on Burnthouse Ln in Exeter, where the food is cooked fresh in front of customers. The shop runs a half-price pizza offer, which gives pizza buyers a lower-cost way to order. The rest of the menu covers burgers, including a double cheese burger and a chicken burger, and donner and chicken kebabs served with salad and sauce. Cheesy chips and onion rings fill out the sides. Orders can be phoned in directly to the shop, so a collection can be arranged before arriving.

Customer Review Summary
Burgers and kebabs anchor the praise. One diner called the double cheeseburger and the chicken burger lovely, and another singled out a kebab with fresh salad and sauce they enjoyed. Friendly, fast service comes up repeatedly, along with massive portions, food cooked in front of customers, and a Thursday half price pizza deal. Complaints are just as concrete and fairly frequent. Orders arrived late and incomplete, with two portions of chips missing and the chicken and chips tepid. Cheesy chips were undercooked in one review and had watery, tasteless cheese in another. A double cheeseburger came with the wrong sauce and tasted only of garlic, and a kebab arrived with no sauce and very dry chicken. One longtime customer feels standards have slipped, with onion rings the only good part of a recent order, and another finds the food greasy and low quality. Still, a reviewer recalls staff giving a nephew a lolly while the family waited for their food.

“Been having a kebab with this place for some time now and it’s seemed to have gone downhill a lot the good stuff is that the staff are great at their service and polite also there are certain things on the menu that are brilliant however today’s experience I asked for cheesy chips sadly very undercooked also the double cheeseburger would of been lovely but given the wrong sauce and over filled it with the other sauce to smooth out the flavour which made it taste just garlic however only good side was onion rings today , I understand it was 15 mins towards closing time but no need to rush food hopefully it will be better next time”
