“Second visit to this fantastic restaurant. Portion sizes are huge, and the lentil soup, bread and dips were such a lovely gesture and taste great. Had the mixed kuzi and mixed shish, both delicious. We were full but got tempted to have the milk pudding... goodness me, well worth it! Will definitely be back for a 3rd visit!”

“Had a fantastic lunch at Babylon in Exeter. The food was absolutely superb, beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with real care. Everything we had was spot on. What really made the visit though was the service. The front-of-house gentleman was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and clearly passionate about the food. He happily explained the dishes, made some great recommendations, and even brought out a couple of complimentary tasters, which was a lovely touch and really enhanced the whole experience. Great food, exceptional service, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. A brilliant lunch spot in Exeter. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended. 🍽️⭐”

“I had an incredible meal here and I’m only gutted that I don’t live in Exeter, otherwise, I’d be eating here more often! We ordered the Lamb Chops and Lamb Ribs, and both were phenomenal. The meat was perfectly marinated and packed with authentic Middle Eastern flavor—absolutely no "gamey" smell or taste at all. The chops were juicy and the ribs were tender and subtly spiced. The portions are very generous for the price (especially considering they come with rice/biryani, salad, and bread), and the quality is top-notch. If you are looking for a satisfying, authentic grill in the city, this is the place to go.”
