Customer Review Summary
Sandwiches are what reviewers return to most at this coffee shop near Ocean Terminal, with the chorizo, goats cheese, red pepper and jalapeño melt, the Caprese, the cauliflower and red pepper sandwich, and the Chicken Bang Bang toastie all named. Close behind are the coffees, with lattes and a cappuccino praised, and the house Dude Sauce. Several mention the breakfast burrito, a doughnut that tasted like home, and a shelf of Irish groceries. Reviewers describe the owner as friendly and funny, the room as clean and chilled, with a reading chair, a small free library, and trams passing the window. The complaints are specific. One reviewer found the coffees a bit bitter and the service slow, and another, who rated it 1, describes a sarcastic, abrupt server and a cup of tea so milky it was disappointing because they were not told the milk would be added. One reviewer adds that the Caprese sells out quickly. A reviewer who stopped after cycling through Leith called the breakfast tea great.

“This is a very good little cafe. Latte was great. Snack was tasty. Price very inexpensive. It's a bit tricky to find as it's tucked away in amongst a lot of office buildings. A great view of Leith docks and a few shops from window. The tram passes right by the window too.”
