Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the food itself, with hot pot named as one regular's favourite and the wider range of curries said never to disappoint. Several call the food fresh and the staff kind and friendly, and one says the kids were given ice cream. Regulars mention on-time delivery and quick fixes when an order goes wrong. Complaints centre on delivery and value. Several report food arriving cold and late, one describes a main dish squashed with contents over the lid, and another says a new delivery bike has left containers collapsing into a bag full of curry. A lamb korma was called a disappointing portion, not a full box, and others say prices have crept up. One reviewer says the shop has been closing before its advertised time, and one reports illness after a meal. A squashed main was replaced after a phone call.

“Over expensive food all food was cold after eating me and my partner both became ill and exhibiting signs of food poisoning, waste of time and money”

“25 mins late for delivery. When already said would be 75mins predicted! Ridiculous for a takeaway, called when it was 5 mins late and they said 10mins away. Food cold on arrival. Extremely disappointing! 100mins for a takeaway.”

“Had a takeaway delivered last night to Fair Oak whilst visiting my mother. Have been ordering from these folks for probably over 10 years. …”

“Getting more expensive and once the 10% discount ends then for meat dishes, they will be £5 dearer than 18 months ago! A smaller, cheaper option should be offered on mains. Everyone is feeling the pinch and putting prices up will lose you customers. People realise that even with a 10% discount, prices are significantly dearer. Small and large options for main dishes! You do sides or mains on side dishes....do the same with mains. Still the best in Eastleigh as far as I'm concerned 👍🏻”

“Food always good. Shame the new delivery bike has caused the containers to collapse. Just had a bag full of curry. Hope this isn't the norm now.”
