“We ordered the food that is always excellent through just eat at 5.30pm it stated food to be delivered at 6.35pm. Then the delivery times kept changing so after waiting 1.5hrs I rang to see what was happening they stated the food had been ready for ages and that the just eat driver had not turned up. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I asked what is the solution they said the driver had turned up and would be with us in 20mins. The time is 7.30pm and now a 2hr wait. My husband has just canceled our order as they said it had not left the premises. We will not order again. This is ruining a great business.”
