  “We went for bottomless brunch to celebrate our son's 18th birthday. There were 15 of us in total and we all had a fabulous time. The food was amazing as always and the bottomless drinks went down very well. Rosie and Leon took our orders and looked after us very well. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely be back.”

  “Called for a meal before seeing a show at Cast. Seated straight away and drinks served while we viewed menu. Meal was delicious and arrived pretty quickly. Staff was lovely, polite and attentive. We ordered a pulled pork salad bowl, Mexican chicken salad bowl, big chief, beer battered onion rings, cheese garlic bread and potato skins.”

  “Title: Disappointing Dining Experience Rating: ⭐⭐ I recently visited Cactus Jack in Doncaster, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The overall service was disappointingly slow, making it difficult to get the attention of the staff throughout the meal. The food took quite a while to arrive from the kitchen, and when it did, it was far from satisfactory. I ordered the chili burger, but it appeared to be overcooked and burnt, which was a letdown. My partner opted for the ribs, only to find them dry and unappetizing. Regrettably, it wasn't just our meals that were subpar; the rest of our group had similar complaints about their food. To make matters worse, the difficulties continued even when we wanted to settle the bill and leave. It was a challenge to get the staff's attention at the end of our meal. Overall, my recent visit to Cactus Jack was far from enjoyable. Considering my past experiences were nothing special either, I am inclined to say that I won't be returning anytime soon.”

  “Thanks to LNER, we were stranded in Doncaster unexpectedly last night. Shared a cab with a local who mentioned Cactus Jack when asked for dining recommendation. So glad he did! Had the chicken & steak fajitas. Huge portions - didn't finish everything. All fresh and tasty. Staff were absolutely lovely. Fun cowboyish tunes, great atmosphere. Plug points at each booth for emergency charging. Good fun after a rubbish day 😁”

  “Greeting and seating was average. Waited longer than expected to be served for a drink and the venue was quiet. Drinks were well presented in frosted ice cold tankers Waited again a further 10 minutes too take our food order. Meals arrived in a timely manner and well presented. Both meals were very nice! Mexican beef burger, fries and great salad. Pulled pork bare burger wedges and salad. All in all would go again!”
