Customer Review Summary

Diners most often return for the desserts, singling out the crepes as warm, freshly made, and generously topped. The menu’s variety and reasonable pricing draw repeat visits, with many noting the broad selection and the family-friendly appeal. Service earns frequent praise for being friendly and welcoming, though several describe long waits, with food and drinks arriving staggered and one at a time. A recurring frustration is the ordering process, including being directed to a QR code and app download when paying by card, and one reviewer reports being turned away unless paying cash. Portion size is a common complaint, with multiple calling out tiny servings for the price, specifically the cookie dough and cake slices. The milkshake and coffee receive mixed mentions, the former as mediocre, the latter served in takeaway cups despite dine-in seating, while a can of Tango at £2.95 strikes some as steep. One diner recalls a remade order after multiple mistakes.

The food was really good, when it eventually got brought out to us. We were in there for over an hour before we ate. Food and drinks were brought out one at a time. Milkshake was mediocre at best, was expecting better with the price they …

We went after dinner for a sweet treat, me and my friends wanted to just simply share something nice and have a conversation as we had been busy with college, our order was messed up around 5 times and the server was just rude about it. However, I’m hoping this is just a one time thing as I have been before and it was amazing.

I visited creams for the first time today and will definitely be a returning customer now! There’s so many tempting options to choose from and they are reasonably priced compared to other similar shops. Me and my family were all very …

Won't bother returning after last visit. Food is very good, but visited on Saturday and was told by a member of staff at the counter that I had to order via QR code. They would only serve me if I was paying cash due to being "busy" (we were the only ones in). QR code directed you to an app that had to be downloaded and register for an account etc. Gave up and won't be going back if they dont want the business.

Me, the wife and kids come to creams on nearly a weekly basis as a treat! It’s our favourite resteraunt. We are always greeted with smiles, and everything we have tried from the menu we have loved! Thank you!

How this listing is sourced

Where the data comes from
Name, address, hours, contact details, amenities, ratings and review counts come from the business's publicly available profile data — not from the owner and not from paid submissions.
How it stays current
Every listing is re-checked on a recurring crawl, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
How it is ranked
Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
