  “Had an amazing experience here! I believe it was Ling who served me - I was unfortunate enough to have an issue with my food, which I only brought up after eating because the food was DELICIOUS, and I didn't want them to remake the dish and waste all those lovely noodles 😋. But she insisted that I get dessert on the house as a sorry, which was above and beyond really. Will definitely be coming again :-).”

  “We had Ling as our server today and it was outstanding service from her, she was lovely even straightened up the chairs next to us as she sat us down, she was extremely attentive came at the right time every time and over all made our lunch brilliant. We have been to this particular wagas plenty of times and the service is always good but we thought she was so good that we had to leave a review. We hope to have her as our server again. 10/10 would recommend (the food was also on point)”

  “This was my first time visiting Wagamama. The food was really good, especially the Chilli Chicken Ramen, it was delicious and I really enjoyed it. However, the service was disappointing. Our waitress, Sakthi, did not seem friendly or confident when interacting with customers. At the end of my meal, she asked if I had finished because she wanted us to leave, even though I had just finished eating. It made me feel rushed and affected my overall dining experience. I also ordered a Beef Brisket Ramen takeaway, but when I got home, I found that there were no cutlery or chopsticks included in the package. This was very careless and inconvenient. The food was excellent, but the customer service and attention to detail need significant improvement.”

  “We ordered 2 items in wagamama derbion, and they didn't give me the bill of one of them because of delay to serve the item. Just I paid for one of them. This is authenticity, personality and customer orientation of a brand. Following/responsible staff and clean. Delicious and acceptable quality of foods.”

  “Had a wonderful lunch, our server Mike so lovely! I honestly love a trip to wagamama, was originally worried as my favorite ramen was taken of the main but I tried a new one today and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Mike for taking such good care of us! Can't wait to go back already!”

  “The pay online feature is interesting but I can imagine and old person struggling with it. I like the food comes as soon as it's ready idea. The beef gyoza was not bad. I couldn't taste the kimchi. The sauce was interestingly tangy. The bang bang cauliflower was quite good. Almost creamy insides but crispy and caramelised outside. I've never had it before. The tea stained egg taste like egg. My salmon soba was a smaller portion than I would like, especially for £19!! And the taste was fine but I was still rather hungry afterwards. The banana bread and ice cream were very delicious. The ice cream was very creamy and the banana bread and toffee sauce was a great combination. Collectively I would rate the food 4 stars. But since I got some aggressive diarrhea later that night I must demote it to 2 stars.”

  “Morgan was in incredible!! So polite and helpful. A credit to the place! She recommended the steak soba and she definitely said the right choice it was so so tasty! Lovely atmosphere and all the staff looked happy which is nice to see. 10/10”

  “We hadn't intended going out for dinner but fancied something to eat after a trip to the cinema. Having never tried Wagamama before, we decided to give it a go as the restaurant didn't look too busy. We were very pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. A very attentive lady explained the menu and made a few recommendations. I ordered crispy duck with noodles which was superb! The young man who took our order was lovely and very polite. My only criticism of the experience was that our meals did not arrive together, and my partner had eaten the majority of his before mine arrived. However, this would not deter me from a re-visit as we really enjoyed the good-value and tasty food!”

  “First time trying wagamamas and I loved it! Had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes to be seated as was quite busy in there. Love the free little green tea! We had beef brisket ramen and katsu curry and they were delicious. Big portions. I couldn’t finish all of mine so they give out little takeaway boxes to take your leftovers home. The food comes out when it’s ready so in no order. Great choices of drinks too. Cherry blossom lemonade was lovely and refreshing. Would 100% recommend”
