“I am really disappointed with the service and food I received from Tonys. I understand it was a busy night, but I waited more than 40 minutes for a portion of halloumi bites that cost £9.90. After 35 minutes I went back to ask for a refund because we needed to leave. I was completely ignored. When I asked for the third time, I was given no apology and was handed a small foil container of cold halloumi. There was no sauce, no flavour. I honestly cannot believe I paid nearly £10 for this, waited over 40 minutes and was still treated as if I was the problem. The food went straight in the bin. I left feeling robbed.”

“So it wasn’t that busy in the Derby market hall when we visited today. Opted for the Hercules box £14:90, asked me cash or card?! Paid by card and adds £2 on top. Went with it and food prepared to order, some of it was warm nothing hot at all. Luckily I was starving and can’t be arsed with complaining. Tasted ok but very average.”
