  “Delicious food in a beautiful restaurant with a fantastic vibe, you can't ask for any more than that ! When we visit Cheltenham we always eat here, the staff are as excited as we are, especially if we're trying something new, which is a lovely, refreshing change !”

  “Had a really nice lunch at Kibou. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, and the service was just as good — friendly, attentive, and efficient without being overbearing. Overall, a great place if you’re looking for quality Japanese food with a relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely go back!”

  “Lovely place to visit; we came for lunch mid week. The staff were lovely, the food was quick to arrive and the menu had a great choice of options, including plenty of vegan ones. Good was excellent!”

  “Oh my wow, I’ve walked past this restaurant so many times and finally decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely waitress and offered water straight away, which was a great start. I ordered the prawn tempura and wow the portions did not disappoint! The prawns were big, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. I also had the chicken katsu curry and it was honestly out of this world! Easily puts Wagamama to shame! The food came quickly, was packed with flavour, and I absolutely loved the crunchiness! So delicate and delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful too, with a vibrant, colourful layout that really adds to the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!!! Highly recommend!!!!”

  “My daughter and I had a brilliant meal at KIBOU. We started with the prawn crackers and edamame, both of which were well presented and made for a great start to the meal, also the portions we're generous, could have easily fed 4. My daughter went for the sushi and absolutely loved it. I’m not usually a massive fan of sushi, but I tried a few pieces and was genuinely impressed. For my main, I opted for the pork belly ramen. It was delicious, the broth was packed with flavour and tasted clean and fresh. Overall, a great experience with fantastic food. Service was fast, friendly and and efficient without being intrusive. We will definitely be back!”

  “Oh my wow! I was treated to a meal here by my best friend and what a treat it was! We had a table booked for 5.30 on a Sunday and by 6 it had started to get full. Definitely worth booking and we were told we needed to vacate the table at 7.30 so it obviously gets booked. Amazing server, didn't get her name but she was so happy and smiley! We shared about 5 plates between two of us and every dish was such an explosion of flavours! It was all cooked so well and tasted super fresh. We hardly had to wait for our food to arrive as well which was a bonus! We just had enough space to squeeze in some puddings as well! The non alcoholic cocktails we picked were so delicious and as a non drinker it was a real treat to have more interesting drinks to try. As someone who's quite noise sensitive the music wasn't up too loud and there was enough space between the tables to not have too much conversation bleed. I absolutely loved everything about this place and am looking forward to another excuse to treat ourselves to a meal out here! Absolutely would recommend!”

  “An absolute treat. I felt id been transported to japan. The decor is sublime, the staff were attentive and engaging. We ordered a selection of sushi alongside our main. The snowcrab sushi was exceptional. Highly recommend”

  “Kibou Cheltenham is an absolutely amazing place to eat, and I can’t recommend it enough. The food is incredible, the sushi is fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour, while the curry dishes are equally wonderful and extremely satisfying. It is slightly on the pricier side, but the portions are generous and very filling, so you definitely get what you pay for. The desserts were okay, nothing outstanding, but the main courses more than make up for it. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I’ll happily return to again and again.”

  “Amazing place tried it for the first time and definitely wasn’t disappointed…. Nice setting great atmosphere and stunning food, service was great and staff where all amazing I’ve only put 4 stars because sometimes you just want yo relax and eat and we were asked three time on the same course is the food was ok… it was great the first time you asked the next two askings was not necessary… still having said that we will definitely be returning to try some different dishes.”
