  “Stopped Here For A Cuppa Whilst On My Travels! I Love A Good Coffee And This Cafe Surprised Me😅 The Coffee Was Very Different To What I’m Used To! The Coffee Had A Lovely Tang To It Which I Throughly Enjoyed 😁 Staff Were Kind And Friendly Explained The Different Coffee Beans Etc, Looking Forward To Coming Back Here Next Time I’m In Cardiff 😄”

  “I really wanted to love this spot because the location is so convenient and the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the service. My Turkish eggs were overcooked and arrived cold, making them quite difficult to enjoy. I ended up trying a slice of lemon drizzle cake (£3.75) to make up for it, but it was so dry I couldn't finish it. My friends also found their burritos quite bland and insipid. It’s a real shame, as the atmosphere is great, but the food quality definitely needs some attention.”

  “Great coffee shop with a good vibe. Nice roast and really friendly staff. The only thing that let it down was the brunch. Lacked seasoning and was more expensive than other places in the area. The poached egg was a funny shape, not your standard poached egg!”

  “To me, this was a little hidden gem coffee shop in Cardiff. I was able to get a lovely vegan cinnamon crumble cake and they have oat milk! I was a little skeptical when I tried to order a vanilla latte and they told me they don't do syrups... but after receiving the latte I understand their coffee is so good on its own, you don't need the syrup. 10/10 will be coming back.”

  “A coffee shop with a decent selection of cakes and a breakfast brunch menu available. Quiet on Saturdays but busier during the week. Dog friendly with a water bowl and dog snacks that can be purchased.”

  “Great cafe to relax and mingle with the locals. The mince pie brownie was inventive and the butternut squash pastry was okay, could have been better - my friend and I agreed it was missing a touch of one more flavour. Perhaps a bit more spice to give it a bit of a kick or some yoghurt to accompany the pastry with. Otherwise it was all good. The staff were so polite, one of them even lent me his iPhone charger!”
