  “Fantastic pub with a great atmosphere! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. There was a great selection of drinks, all reasonably priced, and the place had a warm, relaxed vibe. Perfect for a meal with friends or just a casual drink. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it!”

  “I had an excellent lunchtime vegetarian meal at the 3Arches pub. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. Service was fast, food served by a smiling waitress, & plates cleared away quickly afterwards. I noticed that it was someone's birthday, & they received a lighted cake🎂 , a happy birthday song & a hug! In these days of offhand poor service, this venue is exceptional. This is a lovely place to visit. I will definitely return, thank you 😊”

  “Just to say a big thank you to Abigail & her team for helping me organise my 60th Birthday lunch at Cardiff Three Arches on Friday (3rd July). Abigail's communication was excellent in the run-up to the event & on the day she helped to oversee the meals being served (there were 28 people) & also when it came to splitting / paying the bill. The atmosphere & food was great. Thank you.”

  “Always have a great experience when visiting this pub, we recently visited for my dad’s 60th birthday and Abbie could not have been more accommodating! Nothing was too much, meals were out on time and there were 22 of us all eating at same time, great atmosphere, reasonable pricing always and food always up to highest quality. Would 100% recommend family get together here. Thank you so much Abbie for your amazing help in making my dad’s 60th perfect !”

  “Busy day -very few staff on. Special mention for Abbie, always super friendly and personable. Always a smile for everyone even when it’s very busy and she’s juggling a million things at once. She’s an asset to the pub - give her a raise !. Also a mention to Jake on the bar, v quietly getting on with his job, never walks past a dirty table. Quick service from him for order and pay.”

  “Had a really great experience here. The food and atmosphere were fantastic, but what really made the visit stand out was the service from Millie. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. Will definitely be coming back.””

  “We visited two weeks ago and have been back every week and midweek since , it’s improved tenfold and the staff are so accommodating, pleasant and so friendly nothing is too much trouble and the food has been great ! Keep it up Karen James and team we loved it 😻”

  “Food was incredible, big portions for a good price! Abbie, Alex, Millie and Rhys were so respectful, and attentive during our visit here! Will definitely be returning, and thank you to the chefs who cooked our food to perfection! Food came out exactly how we ordered it even with our specific tweaks we wanted. Thank you to everyone at the three arches!”

  “We booked for Christmas dinner for the first time. The booking process was straightforward and we were sent a number of reminders to reassure us that all the preparations were in place. The whole meal was excellent, the food was well-prepared and very tasty. We were given as much time as we needed between courses and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. The dining area was busy but not overcrowded and we all enjoyed it a lot. We will definitely book again for next year.”
