“We came here not knowing much about the restaurant. We came for a late tea at 8pm. The food had clearly been sat for a while. Whilst the choice is vast, the quality just wasnt there. The only thing that we found ok was the desserts and fresh made steak. It wasnt worth £25 a head at all. The bathrooms are clean enough however the loo I used was loose from the floor and the toilet seat was hanging off. Overall for what they charge for that quality of food, id personally avoid. Staff were pleasant enough, atmosphere was ok.”

“We recently visited Nine's Global Buffet for the first time and, unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. I would rate it 6/10. I'll start with the positives. The service was excellent – the staff were very attentive, cleared dirty plates quickly, kept the tables clean, and were efficient throughout our visit. The selection of drinks was also very good. Another big plus was the delicious soft-serve vanilla ice cream. However, the biggest disappointment was the food. The restaurant promotes itself as a global buffet, so we expected a variety of international cuisines, such as Italian, Spanish, Indian, sushi, and more. Unfortunately, almost everything was Chinese food, with only a few dried-out slices of pizza representing the Italian cuisine. Most of the hot food was very dry, rubbery, and difficult to chew. It seems this is because all of the food is left uncovered under heat lamps, causing it to dry out. Since the main reason people visit a buffet is for the food, this should be the most important part of the experience. Sadly, we won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. My suggestion to the restaurant would be to keep the food covered so guests can lift the lids themselves when serving. This would help keep the food fresh, moist, and much more enjoyable.”
