“We always visit The Cooper Dean when we visit Bournemouth each year. The food is wonderful, staff are polite and helpful. However, on visiting today we overheard a few members of staff been rude to a new member of staff (this did make us feel slightly uncomfortable as it was every time some other staff was near her) We could see how hard she was working and she didn’t actually stop the whole of our visit no matter if it was serving customers, cleaning glasses etc. she was nothing but amazing. We appreciated everything Andrea! We really hope to see you next year!”

“Outstanding service from Lucy today. Second visit here and won’t be our last. She handled our order from start to finish with confident professionalism. A true credit to this Harvester. Food was lovely and didn’t have to wait too long. Free parking was a bonus too. Looking forward to bringing friends for this lovely dining experience when next in the area.”

“This harvester is like new ... nicely laid out and decorated. Our waitress and lady behind bar the made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. Food was plentiful and delicious and reasonably priced. Good experience. Harvester still has a great fresh salad bar (serve yourself) with bread rolls.”
