  “Came here on a random Monday because we heard good reviews... nothing but good things to say! Absolutely amazing quality food and even better customer service from a guy who I'm assuming is the owner. We got a mixed grill, side salad and peri fries. Food came out piping hot and we were given a complimentary starter of some chicken wings which were 10/10. Will definitely be back very soon and definitely recommend to everyone to pop down. May Allah swt bless this business.”

  “Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Wanted to make a phone order but after talking to the guy on the phone I had to hang up. Didnt even want to take my order, just plain rude. Attitude like that won't invite customers to want to eat there no matter how good the food is.”

The spice level was perfect—bold without being overwhelming and everything was well-seasoned from start to finish. Portions were generous, and the food came out hot, which always makes a big difference.The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, not just polite but actually attentive and helpful. They checked in at the right times, made good recommendations, and created a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere without hovering. You could tell they cared about the experience, not just getting people in and out.Overall, Twist and Flame feels like one of those places you’re happy you tried and would easily recommend.   “I ordered two chicken burger meals and was charged £17.50 just for the food. It was a complete waste of money. The fries were extremely hard, the burger buns tasted like cheap supermarket buns from Lidl or Aldi, and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. Overall, very disappointing quality for the price. Don’t waste your money here.”
