“Just placed an order via their web page (value £12.40) which was accepted then they cancel at their end a few minutes afterwards (the message I received implies that the customer cancelled the order). Not the first order I've placed with them and they usually oblige to be fair.”

“We have been customers of Torino pizza for over 10 years. We have ordered pizzas here almost 100 times. This is the best pizza we have ever eaten. Fresh, tasty, great service, great prices, great delivery. A perfect takeaway for my family of 6. I cannot fault them. The best pizza in Birmingham.”

“Horrible food pizza undercooked, burger tasted like cheap frozen ones, large fries is a tiny portion for £4 is a rip off. Won't be ordering from here again”

“Have been eating from Torinoz for years and have never had a problem. Their service is great, food always arrives hot and on time and the food itself is amazing. We have ordered from them for big family events and just immediate family on a Friday night and thoroughly enjoy the food everytime. Would highly recommend.”

“I think the driver had been in a serious car crash looking at the state of the pizza”

“Ordered 6 XL pizzas for a family get-together and everything arrived piping hot 🔥 We also got 6 burger meals—super quick delivery and the customer service was spot on. The chicken nuggets were absolutely amazing too! Honestly can’t rate this place highly enough. Definitely ordering again!”

“Food was 10/10. However most of all, i paid the delivery driver & he came back a few mins after to tell me i had already paid online (which i forgot) which was so kind & honest. They also accidentally forgot my cans of pop, i told them not to worry. Within 15 mins they was at my door with them! Such lovely people & food was incredible!”

“Pizza is poor, cheese isn't mozzarella it tastes very strong chedder and over powers the pizza or its just a horrible blend. Food was free aswell as my mate give it to me due to the restaurant sending the wrong food. Donner meat is decent though. Not the best quality food, pepperoni is bright red? Chicken was dry pizza dough no taste.”
