Customer Review Summary
Set meals draw the most attention at this Hong Kong style cafe, where reviewers describe tasty food in big portions. Diners name barbecued pork and chicken with rice, satay beef with deep-fried noodles, and a very peppery black pepper steak rice with crispy chicken wings, and one notes the set came with a drink. Close behind are the Wu Shuang seafood noodles, a massive plate with squid, prawns and what one reviewer takes to be razor clams. Service is called friendly, polite and fast, even during busy Chinese New Year crowds, and a few describe the place as homely. One reviewer says the food is better than many restaurants in Hong Kong. The complaints are fewer but specific: one diner needed a lot of water afterward and suspects too much msg, and also found it a bit expensive next to nearby Chinatown restaurants. Another was seated right in front of the toilet door, and one mentions sharing tables when busy. One pair was handed forks while everyone else had chopsticks.

“The food was tasty but I needed to drink a lot of water after the meal. I think they put too much msg. And it’s a bit expensive comparing with the nearby restaurants in China town.”

“The options are quite a lot so it’s hard to make a choice. We’ve ordered a few set, one is barbecued pork and chicken with rice & satay sauce beef with deep-fried noodles. The portion is enough for us and the set came with a drink as well which is great too! They’re tasty and temperature is hot enough which we enjoyed it. We do understand the restaurant would like to have more seats for customers but we get seated right in front of the toilet door, that’s lowkey annoying. Overall, the servers are friendly and food are great so I would recommend to my friends.”

“Small cafe type restaurant. Great value set meal offers. Expect to share a table (especially the bench type ones) if very busy. If you pay by cash you get a validated receipt for your next visit to get 10% off.”

“The food was nice. I got the no 2 set menu. A very peppery black pepper steak rice. The chicken wings were nice and crispy. No complaints. As mentioned by others portions were big.”
