  “Come here regularly. Anything on the menu is great but I often get chicken shish and lamb kofta which comes with bulgar wheat, rice, salad, chilli sauce, yogurt sauce and Turkish bread. Best charcoal grill house in Birmingham and really friendly service.”

  “Amazing takeaway in kings heath. Every dish is a flavoursome treat. We love the bread. We often get a mixed platter and some hummus to share between two adults and a child - which gives us plenty. Service is always prompt and friendly. Option to sit in with restaurant seating.”

  “My wife and I order a large platter for collection for the whole family once a month. We also have dinner at the place every friday. All the food is amazing. Even better than 8 out of 10 places in istanbul in Turkey. Staff are always nice, friendly and helpful. It is our favourite place to eat. We love it. No other turkish or persian place is anywhere close to this authentic taste. Even in manchester.”

  “Phone orders for collection and bought mix shawarma & fries as takeout, it was anything but proper shawarma slices of dinner meat with chunks of dry and hard chicken only good part was the packaging of the salad was in a separate container.”

  “I have been here many times over the past few years, food is well seasoned and cooked perfectly, we usually get a platter for the family or a lunch wrap both are great value for money. Today i did a delivery order for the 1st time and Vlad the driver was great, amazing, friendly customer service. This is the only Turkish place I trust in Birmingham!”

  “I had a very uncomfortable experience at this restaurant. When I arrived, I was asked whether I wanted to eat in or take away. I said I wanted to eat in, and the staff member told me to sit down. I chose a table near the entrance, and moments later I was told it was reserved. I then asked which tables were available, and I was told I could sit anywhere else. However, when I pointed to the table next to it, I was again told not that one — to choose another. At that point, it felt like every table I selected was suddenly “not available,” despite being told I could sit anywhere. As a Black man, this interaction left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. The situation did not feel consistent or transparent. If certain tables were reserved, that should have been clearly communicated or put reserved from the beginning. I hope management reflects on how customers are being treated, because no one should feel uncomfortable or excluded when simply trying to dine.”

  “Hidden gem of a place Place itself is fairly small but can get busy very quickly Ordered a platter for four Platter contained the following items, lamb kofte, chicken kofte, lamb shish, chicken shish, lamb ribs, chicken wings, lamb donner and chicken shawarma with some bulgar and rice While waiting for our food to be prepared, was given complimentary turkish bread and some dips The one dip was really tasty, couldn't get enough of it The meats themselves was very tasty, chicken and lamb kofte was very juicy and flavoursome 👌💯🔥🔥, meat donner had really flavour to it, likewise the chicken shawarma, lamb and chicken shish was very tender and just tasted delicious Only little negative was the lamb ribs, we found them not to our liking, also after eating them they left a bad after taste in your mouth Anyhow, after the meal, ordered some baklava, which tasted devine 💯🔥 Definitely RECOMMEND this place for everyone to try out...”

  “Went in with family, there special pizza was finished and we really wanted that. Asked for some water which they said they didn't do only bottles of water and said they don't give tap water. Food was very nice overall no issues. Drinks are £1.50 each for cans four cans for £6 and the multipack ones which I wouldn't mind but for that price. Would go again but take your own beverages.”
