  “Came here recently and had such a lovely experience. The service was great, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Zahraa in particular was amazing she was so helpful, polite and made sure we had everything we needed. She was really good at her job and made the experience even better.   “Beautiful, cute, aesthetic and out of the way. The dessert place is a must-try, serving delicious treats, drinks and providing top customer service. Definitely would recommend for a girlies get together or a cute date. Our server kareema was wonderful.”

  “I had such a great experience dining here, especially as someone with a food allergy—it can be stressful eating out, but the staff made it completely worry-free. From the moment I mentioned my allergy, they took it seriously. They clearly explained the risk of cross-contamination and walked me through their allergy guide step by step so I knew exactly what was safe for me to eat. It honestly felt like they genuinely cared about my safety, not just ticking a box. A huge shoutout to Kareema and Yahya—they were both incredibly respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions without hesitation and helped guide me through the menu so I could actually enjoy my meal without second-guessing anything. And the food itself? Amazing. Everything I had was delicious, but the desserts absolutely stole the show—easily the highlight of the meal. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the customer experience. Overall, I felt really looked after here. If you have allergies and are nervous about eating out, this is definitely a place where you’ll feel safe and supported. Can’t wait to come back!”

  “Zahraa, khadijah, Abdullah and Shakira were an excellent team. I had a allergy and they resolved my query rather professionally through offering me yhe allergen guide and explaining which food items are safe for me, Zahra was the best batista known to mankind she made th3bbest drinks ev3r such a star. Abdullah and Shakira made excellent food and khadijah provided th3bbest customer service every. Great team will 100000 percent b3 back”

  “Visited Heavenly Desserts and ordered the “I’ll Have What She’s Having” waffles and a crêpe. We were able to swap our choice of ice creams, which was a nice touch. Ordering is done via tablets placed on the tables, which makes the process quick and easy. The service was good, though nothing exceptional. The place was very quiet when we visited — not many people in, even though it was a Saturday afternoon. Overall, a pleasant experience.”

  “Let’s start with customer service, pleasant and accommodating.. Went on a weekday late evening and it was quieter than usual I’m guessing as I’ve previously Hera show popular this place is however seemed quiet when my family and I turned up which was perfect as it gave us ample seating options without having to wait around. Lovely brother handed over the menus and the staff gave enough time to order rather than pestering whether we’ve decided what we’d have. A sweet lady took out prder which I’ve added pictures of. Lovely desserts, portions aren’t crazy however I’ve had more on the plate when it came to a cookie dough for the price paid in other dessert places similar to this one nonetheless it was scrumptious. The karak chai wasn’t a favourite as it had an overpowering cinnamon taste to it and slightly watered down is what I think it was because I couldn’t seem to taste the ‘karak’ part of it. Our hot chocolate fell- however before it did the taste was nice and light how I like it whenever I do have it but my niece wasn’t a fan and as it was for her I find it important to disclose that preference. The staff were quick to attend the accidental spill and clean it up without a fuss and accommodate us with a clean new table. (Really sorry about that) I would love for some Victoria sponge dessert to be added to the menu! I had ordered their new carrot cake 2.0 but as it’s new and popular they were sold out apparently so had to miss my chance on having that although I love me a ‘garjar ki halwa’ which is what it was.. maybe next time.. The place was absolutely beautiful looking and yeah sweet place to go :)”
