  “Unfortunately, the food was disappointing taste-wise. The donner kebab in particular was quite flavourless and lacked seasoning, which made it difficult to enjoy. However, the service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Hopefully the food quality and flavour can be improved.”

  “I’m very regular in this place and staff know exactly what I have every time I visit and I always told them that i want extra spicy in chicken and didn’t added any spicy as I was waiting and watching . I then told him did you put some spicy sauce into the chicken he lies right in front of eyes and showing me that he did and I wasn’t looking. I didn’t make any arguments facts that he knew exactly how I have my chicken and instead being lying to me .now that’s really bad I have attached photo is that look like extra spicy?”

  “This review is based on repeated negative experiences, which is particularly concerning as we have been long-term regular customers and had not faced such issues previously. During our first recent order, items were missing, and instead of resolving the matter professionally, a staff member responded in an inappropriate and accusatory manner towards my sister, implying dishonesty. This was both disrespectful and unacceptable. We chose to give the business another opportunity a week later. Unfortunately, the same issues occurred again — the grilled fish was burnt, and the requested salad and sauces were not included despite being clearly specified. These repeated incidents indicate a clear decline in standards, including poor food quality, lack of order accuracy, and unprofessional customer service. The way customers are spoken to — particularly in this case — raises serious concerns. We will be forwarding this matter to the relevant channels for further review. We will not be returning and would advise others to exercise caution.”

  “First time visiting Hassan's, the fresh chicken burger was decent although the chips were horrendous. Undercooked and full of oil which was rather disappointing. They also use the cheapest runniest mayo which is sad as it spoils the food with its tangy taste.”

  “Ordered food from here to try it a second time. Got their monster big burger last time but went for a little more modest burger, chips and donner meat this time. The chicken fillet they use in burgers are huge. I’d still only rate the food average to be honest rather than get caught up by the hype of how big the burger is. I find the fillet batter soaks in so much of the oil when fried so that’s all I can taste. Chips, donner, kebabs and masala fish all tasted ok and the prices were reasonable. Seems to be a local favourite for a cheap and cheerful option I guess.”

  “Overcharged me!!! Aviod!! Chips and chicken weren't FRESH wasn't expecting this on a Saturday!! The menu board price states any burger meal £2.80 but the guy charged me £3.60 and £3.00 for fish burger meal!! When i questioned this the manager was like thats a pricing error!! According to trading standards if price is seen by a customer that price is what the customer should pay!!! Rob dogs!! I got over charged by £2.80!! And they refused to give me the money!! The food wasn't fresh chips were cold and lettuce isn't fresh!! Imaged attached to support!! Aviod going!! The shop under new management is awful!!”
