  “Where do I start? I’m absolutely disgusted at this nail place I had my air pods on with Ai voice translation as I didn’t understand what the lady was saying I came in for a pedicure and to my shock the staff are rude they’re so racist making inappropriate comments and jokes about customers feet nails appearance, about skin colour just because we ain’t fluent in your language doesn’t give any rights to degrade others just because we don’t understand the language doesn’t mean you can speak in your own language barrier and abuse customers muttering under your breath I was a loyal customer for 10 years I shall not tolerate such behaviour, I’m 100% sure customers would be mortified just as how I was it’s put me off your staff are supposed to be kind and respectful not make shallow racial remarks towards customers, ladies please be careful I’ll never comeback after this experience at least I got to see the true intentions of this place staff racsist just because someone isn’t your ethnicity doesn’t give you rights to talk crap and slur racism thankful my air pods shown me true colours racism in 2026 is so uncalled for, I’m shocked Ken you need to sort your staff out asap”

  “I have received a few different services but, at different times. The staff is always giving a 100% of positive care with any services required by the customer. Kham always tries to accommodate customers they are booking appt or pop up. Blessed Kham and staff. The staff is very friendly and polite. The place is clean and tidy. Well ✅ to Kham and staff, to services well done and happy customers at all times.”

  “Has these done last week... nails where done very cheaply. Paid £30 for 'shellac' that was actually just normal polish they where different sizes. They have already stated coming away a week later and the paint was all bumpy... I would save your money ladies.”
