  “I had a great experience at this nail salon! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect, and the attention to detail was amazing. The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a lovely atmosphere. I’m so happy with the results—my nails look beautiful and have lasted really well. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back!”

  “I’ve been here a few times as I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They’re very poor with time, I had an appt and waited 25 mins despite this, when I asked how long the wait was they were very dismissive and decided to speak loudly to one another in their own language which I presume was about me. They tell you to come for your appt when they can’t commit to it rather than saying their busy so waste you time. Then the hygiene is poor, I got fungal nail infection from here, their equipment isn’t sterile and the place is dirty. The staff are rude and dismissive when you ask a question or query something forgetting you are a paying customer. They have cut my skin and nail, they are rough when doing your nails. All in all I’d avoid for hygiene reasons, disorganisation, poor customer service and they way they speak to you. They want to rush your nails as it’s all about quick money not the quality or service.”

  “I have been going to Sunny nails reasonably often and everytime I go everyone is very kind and they always do a very good job with my nails. I had a lovely lady called Hannah today and she did, what I thought to be quite a difficult design, very well and in under an hour.”

  “I went here for a refill for my French set in the picture. Really liked it and recommended it to my friends, went back for a infill (red set) and unfortunately got my thumb cut pretty terribly. No apology and still paid full price. pretty upset about the experience as I actually enjoyed coming here. Feels like they were rushing me to get the next client and caused an injury.”

  “Been going to Sunny Nails for years now and I've always been satisfied with my nails. Hannah and her team are always so friendly, patient and professional. I can comfortably consult her about what designs I want, and sometimes she'll even suggest some bits to make it better. My nails always turn out way better than expected. Hannah would regularly check in during the process, and make sure I'm satisfied with every stage and that makes me feel comfortable to speak up if theres anything i want to amend. My nails would last really long too, I normally go back every 6~7 weeks and never had any issues with chipping.”

  “I’ve been going to this nail salon since my first year of uni, I’m now in my 4th. I wanted a Biab infill and plain baby pink. The lady was clearly inexperienced and cut my fingers with the drill and forgot to trim my cuticles … She layered so much Biab gel on my nails the heat spikes were absolutely unbearable. She trimmed my nails down way too short without consulting me. I paid £35 and my top coat started peeling and bubbling when I got home. I’m NEVER returning here again.”
