“Zero stars for this joke of a nail shop. Nails were messy and fell off within a week. They overcharge for sloppy work done to nails. One member of staff was so rude, ignorant, arrogant, insulting after I paid over £100 to have services done. He started shouting and swearing in his language at other staff for doing the right thing by me. he is disgusting and does not deserve to have staff with him I should by rights post his picture all over the Internet to name and shame him. Also to top it off, he made me wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen after I came at the time of my appointment. I will tell others of this negative experience with this joker. As far as I’m concerned, you can absolutely go and do one. IT thought that it could bully me, but I surely showed IT that customers can also stick up for themselves and give you back what you served to them in disrespect. The person is the oldest person in the shop which shows poor role model towards his staff and customers. I can’t believe he’s mannerisms in front of a child that was also in the store.”

“rubbish experience, they didn’t file my nails for even buff, they didn’t do anything to my cuticles. The nails looked like they were stuck on. The machine was not working for the powder solution but yet I was not even given a discount. Usually I get mine done from Nails4U who do a much better job and take a good care of your nails, there was so much rush. Edit to respond to reply. I booked under Jas I came on Friday 27th After3.45. I have a picture which I will attach and you can see how the nails have not even been properly filed”
