  “Avoid this shop got my nails done for my nephews wedding, firstly I was looking at the nails platter deciding a colour, I had it on my lap took a picture. The lady came from behind the counter took it off me and placed it other the other side of shop as if I was gonna rob it. Speaking in there language looking at me. Then tried to charge me £42 for nails that I paid £30 for last time, arguing with me infront of customer an staff. Telling me I had infills or white tips when I didnt. I watched everybody else have more work on there nails paying £32 cash only making there own prices as they go. I had white an silver gilter before now pink with 2 fingers gilter what an experience better to go yo the markets better service an more friendly”

  “Unprofessional, rude, racist, wouldn’t shape my nails right or even remove the cuticle, asked me to pay extra to shape my nails and remove the cuticle! I absolutely would not recommend! When I complained, they basically told me it’s my business if I don’t like it and they’ve done all they can, if I want them to fix it, I should pay extra”

  “I hate to say this but if offering a service…fulfil the service… I was a regular customer from 2016 - 2020 and go in from time to time now, however I won’t go again. The only thing that has changed is their price, no improvement on skill or customer service. If you ask them a reasonable request, that any other nail technician would do without being asked, it’s an issue, followed by the staff blatantly talking about you in their native language. I personally think the whole organisation is unprofessional now.”

  “Terrible service. No manners. I told the person doing my nails that I had a bad hand. She completely ignored what I said and continued to pull, twist and squeeze my thumb. When I told her for the last time, she spoke to her colleagues in her language. They are so rude! Will NOT be going back there again! It's not all about the money honey... Be nice. Without us, your business cannot continue!”

  “I used to come here all the time but it seems like the main priority is money, not customer service. My mum came here recently to get her nails done, the woman was way too rough with her and hurt her hand that is already injured. You guys need to remember MANNERS COST NOTHING. You have now lost 3 loyal customers, hopefully this will be a learning lesson, but I doubt it.”

  “Just gonna skip right to it recieved and infection in my thumb from this shop, got my nails done on july 12th for my birthday. so just be mindful, I called the shop to tell them and the response was it happens🤷🏾‍♀️😡 idk I don't even know if I should take this any further but she be mindful THEY ARE NOT VERY SANITARY.”

  “I went in today asked the lady if she could do a specific design which she said she could she then proceeded to file my fresh tips off then stated she couldn’t do it. She started arguing with me infront of other customers and would not fix my nails afterwards. Avoid at all cost. Major let down.”

  “This will be the first and last time I will be using this business. The customer service was rude and unfriendly. There was no meet or greet and the lady's mannerisms was dismissive towards me as she was doing my nails. I was pleased with my result but as a person who holds manners to a high standard I will not be returning.”
