“It was a truly scary experience. They definitely don't know how to do manicure and pedicure, I'm not sure they know this job. I paid 70 pounds for hands and feet, but the result was not good at all. If you just want to get nails done, you can try it, but if you want to get service, I do not recommend it considering the price you paid.”

“The lady messed my nails up terribly. Biab is supposed to be only soft colour's. The woman on the far right, did not Want to do my nails but chargers me £70. As my local I can’t support rubbish work. Jason Is the only one I have no complaints about.”

“I've used this place a few times before and it's been alright. Came two weeks ago and the nail tech cut my finger when doing my cuticles. I asked him if it was bad or if it was bleeding and he said no. After I left the salon (~15 mins later) it was pouring in blood and dripping. Took 15-20mins to stop. Couldn't go back right away as had somewhere to be. Messaged them the day after and all I got was sorry come by and get it cleaned so it doesn't get infected. I rushed back the day of my actual holiday and no one in the salon knew anything about the message exchange and I had to sit there waiting, making me late and I had to eventually jump infront of someone's appointment which made me feel awful . All they did was wipe if with some cleaner and put a small bandage on that came off shortly after. It got infected and I had to buy wound cleaner at my expense on holiday and my finger hurt for days after. Avoid!!!!”

Her work is so precise and I always leave the shop feeling really satisfied with how pretty my hands look. Lisa is always open to try new designs and nails it every time! - the salon itself is so pretty , minimal and sheek! So not only am I getting a great service , I’m made to feel comfortable too. 100% would recommend !”
