  “I have tried to contact you guys to discuss before taking to google but since being ignored i feel i have no need but to share the experience. AVOID UNLESS LADY WORKING !! I have visited this nail salon multiple times, the first time the lady beginning with H did my nails and her work was so perfect i paid her £50 total instead! When i've gone back around 2 weeks ago now I waited for an hour for an entitled woman who was getting her toes done to say she booked an appointment with this lady and the lady seemed to have no knowledge of that. The male did my nails and i was in the chair for over two hours for a very basic nail, meaning two customers had their nails done in the time i was sat for over 2 hours. I left with lumps in the acrylic, the man made multiple mistakes and had to redo nails and said he was tired and they were extremely thick and all different sizes. I wouldn’t have minded so much if i sat for a long time but they were good, they were disgusting. I also came here to get my tos done before and two males did my toes and my friends and i couldn’t help but see a massive difference in the young guys service (very poor) vs the older guy doing my friends nails. I should have refused to pay the same amount / price and I didn't want to leave a bad review on google because the lady that does the nails here is soso good but since ignoring me when trying to arrange a resolution or book a new appointment with just the woman i felt it necessary to share here. The pics show yes they have grown out as it’s been a short while but the acrylic is mega thick and all different sizes. Application from the top so poor all my hair keeps getting caught. AVOID SALON UNLESS LADY HERE.”

  “I went to this nail care place to get my pedicure done, but instead of feeling better, my feet got injured badly. They cut and hurt my skin, and now I’m in pain instead of comfort. This place is not professional at all. I don’t recommend anyone to do their feet here.”

  “My wife and I went to this salon for the first time, and I tell you: it's quite new, clean, good atmosphere, the staff are very helpful and respectful. The price is very good compared to the good quality of nails you do. So I recommend it and I will come back of course it's just a minute from my house. Oh, and before starting, the boy even showed the colors on a sample nail. So I tell you it's really worth it.”

  “First time ever trying Nails2u in Perry Barr and their service was very good, great customer service, clean and friendly. My nails turned out so beautifully, I was satisfied with the results and attention with the way the care was done too. Would definitely recommend trying them if you want your nails done!”
