“My first time getting my nails done here. I went for an infill on my 2 big toes & french tip. I was told one price on the phone & two other prices when I arrived at the shop. 3 people did my toes and were very heavy handed. Not only was I cut with the drill but the woman that did my toes took the drill from someone who was using it on a client and put it straight onto my nail. Didn’t change the nail tool, didn’t clean it, nothing. Not only were my requests not attended to but my toe nails were not up to standard and look very crooked. I had to file my nails myself & then the woman drew the french tip 4 times before I just said leave it how it is as I had to leave for work. I called up to ask to rectify the next day and I was told to go somewhere else because I’m “too hard to make happy”. 1/10 I wouldn’t recommend!”

I love that even if you break a nail within 3 days of your nails being done you can come back to get it fixed for free! I have recently gotten my bridal nails here and I am soo happy with them! Hanah couldn’t have done a better job! I would also like to comment on their customer service skills! Kim always makes me feel welcome & makes my visits worth it. That is why I travel so far to keep getting my nails done here.”

“This was my first time coming here and it was a complete disaster. My nails were done messily polish wasn’t applied properly and scratched almost immediately, showing poor quality. My mum’s nails were done far too thick and the polish is already chipping. The shop was dirty and unhygienic, I even saw someone’s eaten chicken bones left in a bowl, and the whole place smelled bad. On top of that, the staff were rude and completely unhelpful when we raised concerns. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely shocking experience.”
