  “I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and I believe everyone can make mistakes. However, after two poor experiences, I feel like it should be shared In October 2025, I had an afternoon appointment for my nails. When I arrived, I was asked if I could come back an hour and a half later because the staff member hadn’t turned up that day. I explained that I had travelled quite a distance and couldn’t return later. I asked why nobody had contacted me earlier that morning before I made the journey, and I was simply told they had forgotten. I then had to wait over 30 minutes before my appointment. I didn’t complain or leave a review at the time because I understand that unexpected things can happen. Unfortunately, my experience on 11/07/2026 was even worse. I had booked a luxury pedicure for 10:00am and arrived at 9:50am to find the salon closed. At 10:00am, the staff and managers were hiding around the side of the shop, making no effort to acknowledge or communicate with the customers waiting at the front. By 10:15am, I had to go over and ask what was happening, only to be told that the staff member with the keys had overslept and it would be another 20 minutes before they arrived. At no point was there any apology or accountability. The only response I received was, “It’s out of my hands.” I only returned at 11:00am because I was going away the following day and really wanted my pedicure. Otherwise, I would have left and never come back. Even then, there was still no apology from the staff. Throughout the appointment, the staff were unfriendly, didn’t make any conversation, and didn’t even offer a smile. To make matters worse, not only were they extremely late opening the shop, but my appointment also overran by around 25–30 minutes despite me specifically explaining that I had plans afterwards and children to get back to. There was no consideration for my time and no acknowledgement of the inconvenience this caused. Based on both of my experiences, they seem incapable of sticking to appointment times or even opening on time. The “luxury” pedicure itself was also very disappointing. The foot mask was applied very patchily, with areas of my feet barely covered at all. The steam treatment was equally poor, as the steam was barely reaching my feet, making that part of the treatment feel ineffective. The hot stone massage, which is advertised as part of the luxury pedicure, was honestly the most underwhelming and poorly executed one I have ever experienced. It felt rushed, lacked any care or technique, and certainly didn’t reflect what I would expect from a luxury treatment. Good customer service starts with communication, accountability, and making customers feel valued. Sadly, I experienced none of those things. After giving the salon a second chance, I won’t be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience”

  “I went in for a manicure and pedicure and as soon as I walked in the vibes were off. The lady doing my pedicure made no attempt to make conversation or really acknowledge me. Seemed moody and lacked customer service. The treatment itself was fine. The manicure wasn’t great, as shown in pictures. I was left with rough edges and cuts on my fingers. I would have mentioned this at the time but I was rushed out as soon as the treatment was over. Again, no customer service skills and no real acknowledgment, just wanted to get the job over and done with. Overall, didn’t feel welcome and won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.”

  “I’ve visited this salon multiple times and every single time I’m greeted by ameera and made to feel so comfortable. I got my nails done by iman and her service never fails. She always does an amazing job. If you are visiting the salon I definitely recommend them 2!!”

  “I’ve tried many mani-pedi spots from ultra high end townhouse to standard high street, but this has been by far the best experience. The luxury pedi is a wonderful experience to treat for yourself / to gift someone and they have the best massage chairs ever! The venue itself is minimalistic and modern-and its very clean- workers were cleaning throughout the day. There are a good selection of products/ tools/ colours are available. The girls are generous with their time, and products used. Shazia is also really accommodating and really polite and both Hamairah and Iman who did our mani-pedis were very patient and attentive to detail, thoroughly enjoyed it and this will our regular spot now! thank you xx”

  “I came in as a walk-in for a nail removal. The salon itself is beautiful and very clean, but unfortunately the customer service was disappointing. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived and was simply told to sit down. During the service, the technician was quite rough with my hands, constantly grabbing them and telling me to relax even though I wasn’t moving. I found this frustrating but tried to stay polite and friendly throughout. The service itself was quick and I paid the price without issue. However, the real problem started afterward. The next day my nails turned white, which I initially assumed was leftover product from the nails. My nails became extremely sore, red and painful. I later realised they had been over-filed. The technician even mentioned having to file my nails down because of a dip, but this seems to have caused more damage instead of fixing the issue. I’ve honestly grown to dislike getting my nails done because of experiences like this salons either over-file or do poor work and I’m left waiting a long time for my nails to recover and become healthy again. It’s really a shame, as I’ve had my eye on the salon for quite some time, but this experience was very disappointing and the service fell short.”

  “We had the most amazing bridal party experience at Naughty Nails! There were about 10 of us, and we absolutely loved every minute. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience so relaxed and fun. We had the whole place to ourselves, which made it feel really special and private. The cheese board and snacks were a fantastic touch it was a lovely way to enjoy some treats while getting pampered. Everyone left with huge smiles and beautiful nails. I had a simple French manicure and loved how it turned out! We definitely recommend Naughty Nails for any group occasion and will absolutely be coming back. Everyone was so lovely, and the service was top-notch!”

  “Absolutely amazing experience at Naughty Nails truly one of the best salons I’ve been to! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted so warmly and made to feel completely welcome. The atmosphere was calm, friendly, and so relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. Ameera was honestly amazing. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave such thoughtful advice on what would suit me best. Her attention to detail was incredible, and she didn’t rush any part of the service at all. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work and wants everything to be perfect. I left feeling so happy with the results. Shazia was also absolutely lovely and made us feel so comfortable from start to finish. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure we were relaxed, happy, and well looked after. The level of care, professionalism, and friendliness was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend Naughty Nails enough I’ll definitely be returning and telling everyone I know!”

  “I traveled a whole hour to get my nails done here. YES, one full hour and it was so worth it! The team at this salon is incredibly talented, patient, and beyond kind. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and taken care of. They listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly, down to the tiniest detail. My nails have never looked better! The shape, the design, the precision.. everything is flawless. They even added those delicate details that made the final result look like a work of art. You can tell they truly care about their craft and about making their clients happy. If you’re thinking about booking an appointment, DO IT. I will gladly make that hour drive again and again. Best nail experience I’ve ever had! 💅✨”
