  “I just wanted to say how amazing Christine, the customer experience leader at McDonald’s, was during my visit. She was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. You don’t often come across customer service like that anymore, and she really made such a positive impression on me. Christine went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay, always with a smile and such a warm attitude. She is an absolute credit to your team and a real asset to McDonald’s.   “i have now twice ordered from this mcdonalds trough just eat and on both occasions they have left out a whole happy meal, i tried calling they are extremely rude and useless dont even acknowledge they have made a mistake. Just eat doesent refund anymore i would stay away from this place!!!”

  “Worst McDonald's in the area. No receipt in the order booths so you can't leave them feedback. Vouchers don't work. Rude staff with no hygiene. Asked for books with the happy meals but apparently they don't have any. FLOP of a place.”

  “This McDonald's could do better with a different franchisee CEO, due to Doug Wright could take the blame instead of the business manager because of the slow orders I had from this McDonald's location in the past that was also wrong like one time I had the Grand Big Mac with bacon, but once I got it home there was no bacon so I just had it as it is and this is related to the slow orders that the orders go off the screen 10 minutes after you was going to get your order and the worst thing is that drive thru and delivery orders are faster that is not fair for the people who eat in for this McDonald's. So, there are 2 problems that Doug Wright could be stripped from his MBE due to bad eccomey, one is the drive thru has failed from it emitions and 2 lobby area space, because back in 2011, before the current look of this McDonald's there was about 116 seats and since summer 2017 with the current look of this McDonald's there is only 108 seats because the whole front of this McDonald's was took over with the kitchen area and the drive thru that is not classed as new and improved but making this McDonald's floor layout a problem that Doug Wright could get sacked as franchisee CEO for this McDonald's location and once there is a new franchisee CEO for McDonald's Stechford it could go back with a much bigger lobby area that has more than 120 seats and less of the slow orders and ordering mistakes in the past that I dislike from McDonald's Stechford.”
