  “These guys can barely serve chicken. Have attached pictures. Will be looking for a full refund. If not will escalate. You dont get away with serving old chicken and throwing sauce over it to hide it.”

  “I brought a buger meal and the fries were reheated and real hard due to that i couldn't finish them and when I opened the burger box there was a ant in the box and walking around in box disgusting this is the way we get served please check your food properly when you buy from here also they didn't add cheese to my burger after clearly mentioning it i have no reason to put people off there food but i making you aware paying your money and not getting what was wanted or the food has hygiene issues This is alumrock store”

  “I had ordered niblets and fries all the chicken inside was pink and yellow tasted off as if they had left it for more than 24hrs wouldn't recommend as when I called to tell them they didn't care”

  “So I’ve waited just under two hours for my food it’s came stone cold, and gave me the wrong thing I asked for a classic burger not a spicy one, can’t eat spice so just wasted my money cause I ain’t eating that chicken either and who like cold chips lol would not recommend it, if you like dirty food then go for it”

  “Sam & Harry's is proof that fast food dining can be done right. No need to sacrifice good quality food for the sake of pushing out subpar meals (like their competitors) Greasy, lukewarm and processed aren't words that will spring to mind while eating here. I had an absolutely reasonable 5 minute wait for a mega burger meal (double chicken breast burger) The fries were perfectly salted, fresh, hot and crispy, they (cleverly) serve their own amazing selection of drinks from the fountain. The chicken burger was great value, piping hot and fresh with a perfect amount of sauce, no soggy buns! My only criticism is that I wished the chicken was crispier, besides that, it was a 9/10 meal for sure! Will definitely come back, these guys are open until really late as well to help feed your midnight cravings. (Paid a very reasonable £7.80 for a delicious burger, fries and drink)”

  “RIP OFF So I took my Son to have some lunch spend over £20 as every shop you get Sauces and the sauce their gave me where all chilli Sauce. My son didn’t like the chilli sauce as it was to spicy so I ask the worker if I can have Mayonnaise instead he said I have to charge u £1 for the mayonnaise i said u having a laugh I ask why he said the tip is big it’s ridiculous and this is the first even I ask if I can exchange with the chilli sauce but no. Overall the food was Decent and need to make the cups where their fill with drinks more Bigger.”

  “I tried Sam and Harry’s on alum rock rd for the first time today through Just Eat the food arrived very quickly. I would say less than 30 minutes as they use their own drivers. The food was fresh however the burger was cold the bun but filling was warm and the chicken that I got with it seemed a little bit raw in the middle Other than that the fries were delicious taste like McDonald’s fries. The chicken burger was great however i requested for a sizzler chicken burger and it just looked like a regular chicken burger that got nothing sizzling about it. The beans was great not the cheap quality and I received the two dips really tasty. I wouldn’t have from this place again purely because of the cold burger and the raw chicken it’s a risk for me.”

  “Went with family for some fried chicken. Although food was fresh and fries were freshly done, the actual food itself is bland and l didn't like any of it. The chicken is bland and two breast pieces were like eating rubber. They were hard despite being fresh. The spicy wings had barely any taste and the mayo is rubbish. The mayo used to be unbelievably tasty and free but now it rubbish and they have the impudence to charge £1 for a small tub. They chilli sauce is still acceptable but not as good as it used to be. My wife liked my sizzler chicken burger with hash brown but l feel £34 for what we eat is ridiculous considering the portion and taste of the food. Therefore l simply cannot recommend this place. There's a Dixy up the road which does better food and that's saying something. 🤔”

  “First time ordering from here. Have heard negative reviews about Sam & Harry’s but I thought I’d try it myself. Got The Big Munch and spicy version. First time a meal that has spicy in it came spicy which is good. The wings for me were the best part of the meal, really juicy and came straight off the bone. fries were nice, burger was good can’t say too much about it. The sauce was really tasty. It comes with beans/coleslaw I got given coleslaw since I don’t think they had beans so I left that as not a fan of it overall. Went to collect, customer service was on point. I recommend and can’t wait to try other items.”
