  “Went to the counter as all ordering screens were in use ask the assistant monisha if I could order two gravy box she said they are not taking orders at the counter I asked why no answer so rude then a few moments later I seen her serve two different customers at the same counter both asian like her so does she only serve her own asian people? ? It felt like it to me I was so angry it felt like discrimination also the food took ages like the staff didn't know what they were doing there was no salt no ketchup really KFC your standards and staff are really slipping all in all a horrible experience with horrible rude discriminating customer service will go elsewhere in future their is plenty if chicken places in the are where staff are more polite and helpful unlike monisha”

  “Came in fairly late, very few customers. The lady that served me, Rebecca was outstanding. She explained that there was a wait on the fries and offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. I work in hospitality and this is the smallest of touches that makes for an outstanding team member. I would highly recommend going here solely for her service alone. A huge asset to the company.”

  “Oxy disgusting. I bought some food here today over price rubbish uncooked food pork Customer Service did not eat the food at a couple of chips absolutely horrible waste of money. I’m not from round here so I went in here the services opposite poor shocking unhealthy food here and unhygienic place. Give me food poisoning avoid this place to many chips and less chicken no sauce was not available instead of give me lots of chips waste of time waste of money £12 for a meal I didn’t even eat all of it was they bad given me a bad taste and they food horrible”

  “Fast and friendly service. Got the food quick and hot and everyone got the correct order. Ordered some cookies and they came so fast too. Was a good and quick experience wow. KFC it’s like you was in the 80s haha. That being said just ordered a popcorn chicken 😝”

  “I came in today to try the new rice box, my food got stolen 💀I didn’t mind though as the lady on the till was very understanding of the situation and re-made my order in no time. The food was good but the portions were disappointing and it’s a tad bit expensive. I can’t lie and there isn’t much rice in the rice box half of it is just salad, anyway as I was eating, the manager came and offered me free drinks which was quite generous! However I declined as I’m trying to keep things healthy. I had a good time, I apologise if I looked angry I honestly wasn’t, I was just super fatigued and had just finished an exam. If you order from here be careful that someone else doesn’t take your order because it can happen very easily and make sure to keep your receipt on you. If I had binned the receipt before getting my food it would’ve been extremely tedious explaining to the staff on till that I haven’t got my food and that someone else has taken it. Btw I had ordered the extra fillet rice box, you get like less than half that bowl of rice it’s about 8 spoons or so it’s not great for a “rice box” the fillet was nice tho”

  “Please do not eat from here. The staff are very moody and not proffesional at all. I ordered some bbq bites that had NO bbq sauce in always messing up you're oder! I had a mini bbq chicken wrap and the chicken was hard not cooked properly poor poor quality!”

  “Great service. Staff were very friendly, managed to grab some food just before closing time! Went back because I loved the food so much. Honestly this place is awesome!”
