  “I had a wonderful experience at peppers , and I especially want to recognize Maryam for her outstanding service. She was on the till throughout my visit and welcomed every customer with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. She was polite, patient, and very professional, making the ordering process quick and easy. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, efficient, and made everyone feel valued. Her excellent customer service truly stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable. The food was fresh, delicious, and well prepared, and the overall atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It’s clear that Maryam takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing the best experience for customers.   “Went first time today, place looked nice. It was clean and spacious too but thats when it went downhill. Firstly they dont take card, in 2026 ap business still not doing card payments is crazy but what annoyed me more was the staff at the tills. He didnt smile, no greet didnt even open his mouth. I said do you take card he just nodded his head like how rude at least say "no sorry" Pathetic service wont be going back thats for sure”

  “Very disappointed today, bought a pannini and there is barely any chicken in it, for the prices charged I think this is terrible, normally it is good, I really hope this doesn't happen again or will have to go back to rios”

  “I have been going peppers for the last few weeks since I tried their munch box. Quality tasting food at an excellent price. I have been served by Harris on 3 occasions, he always gets the order correct and waiting time is kept to a minimal. The shops is usually busy with customers eating in as well as taking out. Delivery drivers can be seen going in and out showing how busy they are. I would definitely recommend.”

  “Said 10 minutes, waited 40mins. Mexicana Burger and Loaded Fries were tasty. Plenty of indoor seating. Parking is a hassle, very busy road.”

  “Peppers – Alum Rock Road ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Not just food – it’s an experience!” I recently tried Peppers on Alum Rock Road, and honestly, it’s more than just a meal – it’s a full-blown flavour journey! I had the chicken strip dipped in their chilli mango herb sauce with a side of rice, and wow… it was incredible. The sweet-chilli hit from the sauce was addictive – one bite and you’re instantly reaching for another spoonful of that aromatic, perfectly cooked rice. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and that sauce? Game changer. I also tried their loaded veggie fries – absolutely packed with flavour. They’re drenched in cheese, spiced yoghurt, and what tasted like a zesty masala sprinkle, topped off with fresh spring onions. Every bite was creamy, crunchy, spicy, and totally satisfying. Truly loaded in the best way possible! If you’ve heard the hype – believe it. I heard it, tried it, and now I’m hooked. Can’t wait to go back!”

  “Decided to do a take out order via Uber Eats. First impression of peppers was that the chicken is actually nice. Have not been disappointed, however there can be improvements with the fries. Overall the chicken and rice meal, along with the wrap meal did the job, so to speak.”

  “As a regular customer, I choose this place over oodles because of the calm, no music atmosphere. Quran is played also which is even better. Food is also consistently banging. Even though sometimes I think about going other spots, I keep coming back because nothing beats great food paired with no music. They’re also generous with sauces.”

  “I ordered takeout from here for the first time, was really tasty and quality food! Very generous with sauces, I appreciate that. Can't wait to try other things 👍🏻 would definitely recommend. Starting to order here regularly, the peri peri panini is a game changer 😋😋 service is very slow, can be just over an hour bare that in mind 👍🏻”
