  “Very disappointed with Dairy King. The strips used to be long and well portioned, but now they’re almost half the size. I’ve noticed the portions getting smaller consistently. Feels like making money has become more important than quality and customer satisfaction. Really disappointing from a place I used to enjoy. Hit like if you experienced the same thing.”

  “Definitely one of the best fried chicken I've had since moving to England. The chicken, chips and garlic bread were perfectly crispy, flavorful and definitely made fresh. Chicken wasn't overcooked and maintained it's juicy tenderness. Well make plans to come here again when I'm in Birmingham.”

  “Yesterday I visited this shop because my kids kept talking about it, and as a family of food lovers, we were excited to try it. I ordered 3 burger meals and spent over £26. The food was packed to take away, but when I opened the burgers, I was very disappointed. One of the main issues was the burger bun, which felt very cheap and low quality. It reminded me of the budget-style buns commonly used in some Asian countries, and honestly, it didn’t match the price being charged. In my opinion, this burger is definitely not worth £9.49 for a meal. I’ve had £3 meal deals in the UK fried that were better than this. My suggestion is simple: you already have a good name and reputation, so please invest in better-quality buns and ingredients. It would make a huge difference to the overall experience.”

  “If I’m going to recommend a southern fried chicken spot it’s got to be this. I’ve never been disappointed with the food, the tenders take a little while to get ready as they make them fresh but by god they taste sooo good. Even the Texan toast is great and they usually give two types of sauces and they both are unique and homemade. Nothing like the usual trash you get from other takeaways.. the coleslaw is the best aswell, I’m struggling to find anything I don’t like about it.”

  “We came at iftar time and ordered 5 minutes before and our order was going to take 15 minutes and one really lovely brother gave my family water to break our fast with, since we came from Bristol we didn’t know Birmingham’s iftar time and was very kind. The food was quite good and i’ll definitely be coming again thank you very much.”

  “a week ago i bought the 7 piece chicken n chips. not sure what the piece of toast is meant to achieve, but tasted nice dunked in tea. the chicken was decent, large pieces, light and crispy coating. not bad. i purchased the same again and was disappointed. the chicken pieces were nearly half in size, chicken was stringy and looked like plastic (like cheese strings)… hmm… not sure what to make of it. tasted ok… but begs the question … was i eating real chicken?”

Everything tasted freshly made and full of flavor—honestly, it was so good I would’ve gone back for seconds if it wasn’t for my New Year’s resolution!   “Honestly these weren't the best thing, the tenders were nice, the most flavourful thing had to be the sauce. The crinkle fries are not the best option as there should be a fries option. I guess this is just another hype spot but not value for money. 👍🏻 Customer service was poor on the day, brother that served me couldn't be bothered or made any effort. If your not happy with your job, I'm sure plenty others would be grateful to be in your position.”
