  “We had such a great time here. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the food totally hit the spot. Their Cuban sandwich is something I will be back for over and over again. Hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Both my husband and son tried switching their dishes with mine because it looked (and tasted) that good. They also allowed our pups in their outdoor section, so they got to enjoy some very lovely table scraps. 😊”

  “My family and I love coming here for brunch or sunday roast. Their roast is to die for!! The interior and outdoor seating area is so beautiful. The atmosphere and staff are always lovely. It can get a bit pricey, however it’s worth it! :)”

  “The burgers were juicy and flavorful with good-quality ingredients and well balanced taste. The atmosphere was actually really nice and comfortable. The only small downside was slightly slow service”

  “Overall I didn't think it was a bad place to come and have a pint and a something to eat. The table service was good when you could get the app to work, the food we had was very nice. My take away was that this place is starting to look a bit tired and would benefit from a refurbishment.”

  “Popped in a few times for drinks to watch the football. The interior is nice, however the drinks are overpriced for what they are and they charge 12.5% service charge automatically for parties of >1 which is a lot considering the service is not above average. Was charged 12.5% despite unavailable drinks, misunderstanding of requests, and failure to come back to take the drink order after bringing the other drinks leaving another party member drink less.”

  “Great staff, particularly Sophia - always checking in if we needed anything and providing reccomedations. Food was delicious and the cocktails where a bit on the sweeter/weaker side. Great place for Sunday roast.”

  “My friend and I came for lunch and the service was phenomenal. Olliie was our server and he was so polite, knowledgeable and professional not just with us but all the tables he looked after. The food wasn't bad either 🤣!!”

  “The service was nice! Upfront about how the food was going to be a long wait too so that was nice. The food was good, my boyfriend got the house breakfast and he really liked how the beans came seperately and it was a good filling breakfast! I had the bacon brioche sandwich, which was quite messy to eat but really good regardless! Orange juice was fresh and good. The matcha however was way too sweet and didn't taste like matcha at all, which was a shame but it happens. All in all real good!!”

  “Excellent coffee, excellent food and excellent customer service. I was dining alone after dropping a family member at the hospital for their treatment. After I had (rudely) asked if their coffee was any good (I’ve just moved back from Australia, the coffee capital of the World) I can report that it was one of the best I’ve had in the U.K. There was a bit of a mix up with my order which was solved kindly and efficiently. Every member of staff that I interacted with showed top class levels of customer service. I had the fig & goats cheese salad and it was delicious. The Plough was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. I will be back.”
