  “Went on Friday in bank holiday, didn’t realise we had to book however staff were super accommodating and fit us in, food was delicious lovely atmosphere, very clean, can’t thank them enough! Lovely place to go with a nice family vibe, would advise booking if you’re looking to go.”

  “Staff were lovely and very helpful ( served by a lady and a gentleman who had tattoos and piercings). Very polite staff. Table service, portions so massive it was hard to get my head around it was just for one person! Pictures literally don't do it justice!!! You have been warned 😅 if you come here on an empty stomach, you may need a forklift truck to help you out, because your going to need help standing 🤣 Toilets were clean and cubicle was a good size, so didn't have to do the dreaded squash in! Nicely decorated. You can tell it's a very old pub, with what looks like 3 fireplaces, but none appear to be in use. That is a crying shame as it was chilly in there and a real fire is lovely. The pub has lovely low beamed ceilings, very country pub. The seats need recovering in areas. Free parking, with a decent sized car park. Close to part of the airport from what I can tell.”

  “We enjoyed a lovely night out with friends. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were great. The food was cooked to perfection for all of our meals, so compliments to the hidden diamond, the chef. The chef has done a fabulous job in the kitchen, and the quantity of food served. The staff serving the food to the tables was very efficient and helpful. It is well worth a visit for a lovely night out.”

  “A lovely place with lovely food. We happened to go on a very busy Monday evening. We did have to wait a little for our food, but due to the obvious business this was expected. The food was very tasty and very good portions, I'd say edging on too big! Good selection of beer/cider/ipa too.”
