  “I came to The Palm Downtown Houston for my birthday dinner, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. This is hands down one of the best steakhouses I’ve been to. The food, ambiance, and service were all exceptional. Everything we ordered was delicious, but I highly recommend the crab cakes and the lobster ravioli. Both were outstanding. For dessert, I had the chocolate cake, which was rich and delicious, and I also tried my friend’s carrot cake, which was just as good. The best part of the night, though, was our server Jesse. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly, and extremely accommodating with all of our requests. He truly elevated the entire experience. Be sure to keep an eye out for their specialty drinks. Jesse recommended the Mrs. Claus specialty cocktail, and it was so good I ordered two. If you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want an amazing dining experience, The Palm is a must. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

  “We celebrated the New Year at The Palm and were so pleased with this lovely restaurant. The atmosphere, decor and hostess welcome were all so nice. We were seated at one of their beautiful booths and greeted by staff, Jesse and Lydia. Jesse was an exceptional waiter and suggested excellent drink and menu options. Lydia was very friendly and made sure we had enough of everything. The Mrs. Claus and the Old Fashioned cocktails were amazing! The Lobster Bisque was one of the best I’ve had! The Sea Bass and Prime Rib entrees were prepared perfectly along with our sides of Brussel sprouts, risotto and green beans. To top off our meal, we ended our evening with Key Lime Pie … oh my, Happy New Year to us! Thank you Jesse and Lydia for your great service!”

  “We came to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and our experience at The Palm Houston was truly unforgettable. Jesse was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had—attentive, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to help us figure out what to order, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. The food was absolutely incredible—honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had. Every dish exceeded expectations. Between the outstanding service and amazing food, this was a 10/10 experience. I would absolutely come back, specifically because of Jesse and the overall dining experience.”

  “Highly recommend! I dined here last night for my 30th birthday and had the best time!! The table was decorated with a cute card that made me feel so special and valued. Logan was our server and did an amazing job. Super attentive and offered great recommendations. The palm-tini he recommended was delicious and when I ordered the steak, the Pinot Noir he recommended with it was perfect. My husband had the wagyu lasagna and loved it. I had the 6oz center cut, medium rare, it was perfectly cooked. We ended dinner with the tiramisu for dessert and it had a cute birthday message as well. Anyone that walked by made a point to say happy birthday, it was very nice. Above and beyond service from Logan!!”
