  “Fogo de Chão never disappoints! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The Market Table was fresh, beautifully presented, and had an incredible variety. The gaucho chefs kept the delicious cuts of meat coming, and every bite was cooked perfectly. The picanha was especially outstanding—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable, making it a perfect place for a date night, family dinner, or celebration. The staff made sure our drinks stayed full and that we always had our favorite cuts of meat. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience with amazing food and exceptional service, Fogo de Chão is worth every penny. We can’t wait to come back. Five stars!”

  “Service: INCREDIBLE. XAVIER from the N La Salle location blessed my bestie for his 21st such lovely service and the most delicious deserts. The environment was a bit fast paced and the cutting of meat was a bit rushed. Space was also a bit cramped making it difficult for servers to move around. But overall Xavi made our experience the BEST!!!”

  “My first time at Fogo de Chão was for sure a 10/10 experience. Me and my family had the $90 indulgent churrasco and definitely ate our worth. Our server, Carlos Ramirez, was wonderful and made sure our experience was perfect. All the food and meats were fresh and tender (make sure to get the lamb chop), and the buffet bar was such a lovely touch to our meal. Would definitely come again (especially for the fabulous Carlos).”

  “We had a GREAT time!!! this was our first time coming to the Chicago location (we are from WI) and we are so glad we did :) we had michael as our server and he was absolutely delightful! extremely attentive, kind, and helped us celebrate our occasion! the night would not have been as special without his help. all of the staff was incredibly kind to us during our visit. they all were quick, friendly, and checked in on us often. we will definitely be back in the future and will be recommending this location to our friends!”

  “Once in a while, you get the courage to splurge on a family dinner. My family and I decided to do just that on July 4th at Fogo in downtown Chicago. Seven people, $700 all in, and so much regret. Service: 3/5 I’ll start with the positive: the customer service was overall pretty good. It was raining hard, so after walking a few miles and exhausting other indoor options, we popped in 30 minutes early to see if they could seat us. They could, and they got us in quickly. So far, so good. I’m only giving this three stars because, at the start of our meal, servers poured out of the kitchen all at once. Normally, that would be great—better to be overwhelmed with food than wondering where it is—but the situation resembled chaos more than efficiency. They were in and out so quickly that I barely knew what I was being served. That said, I’ll give them credit where it’s due: they checked on us several times and kept our drinks full and the table stocked with bread. Food: 1/5 It was just bad. No amount of good service can make up for bad food. The salad bar was "meh." A decent assortment of options, but nothing to write home about. The meat—which is the whole point of the experience—was honestly terrible. It had no flavor, none. Somehow, even the fattier cuts were bland; I wondered if they forgot to season them entirely. It didn't help that almost every piece of meat we received, regardless of what we requested, was well-done and bone-dry. I tried so hard to enjoy it, but every bite was just a reminder that I was out $700 for food you’d usually have to pay me to eat. It was my birthday, and while I was surprised when the staff brought out a lava cake and ice cream, it was a bit odd that half the ice cream was already melted all over the plate by the time it reached the table. Atmosphere: 3/5 It was fine—nothing to brag about, but about what you’d expect from Fogo. My one critique is the smell; it was a lot better outside than inside. There was this weird, clinical scent—I don’t even know how to describe it—that permeated the dining room. Otherwise, it was acceptable. Cost: 1/5 Way overpriced considering what we actually got. It really stings to waste our "once-a-year" expensive family dinner on such awful food. We’re done with Fogo, unfortunately.”

  “, the variety of meats is very good and the table with all the salads and pre-dinner things has a greatest assortment. Everything was delicious so it was certainly a fun and it’s fun too cause you get to experiment with all the different things.”

  “A great Brazilian churrasca experience that has an even better location in Rosemont. This location is okay but I noticed a difference in overall quality having ate here a few times now. The crowd here is also less upscale.. and many people come dressed overly casual. Nothing wrong with that but just something I noticed. Overall the food is okay and the atmosphere is okay. Service has been good however for the most part. Do yourself a favor and dont go for lunch or on the weekdays.. seems a bit more understaffed and longer for food to come out. The best cuts are beef picanha, lambchops, lamb pichana, filet mignon and the rest are okay.. Remember to ask for how you like it cooked. Reservations are a must here unless you want to wait or unless its weekday for lunch.”
