About Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse is a Brazilian steakhouse located at 661 N La Salle Dr in Chicago, structured around an all-you-can-eat service model. Customer Review Summary

Diners consistently spotlight the tableside carving service and meat cuts, specifically beef picanha, lamb chops, and filet mignon as standouts. The salad bar appears frequently in praise, particularly roasted garlic and peppers. Staff repeatedly attend to preferences, bringing fresh cuts with attentive service. Grilled cheese with honey, cheesecake praised as spectacular, and buttery roasted bone marrow on crispy bread are noted as exceptional. Lunch and weekday visits see longer waits for food and thinner staffing, though meat quality remains strong when service is present. Multiple diners celebrated anniversaries and engagements here, already planning their next visits.

A great Brazilian churrasca experience that has an even better location in Rosemont. This location is okay but I noticed a difference in overall quality having ate here a few times now. The crowd here is also less upscale.. and many people come dressed overly casual. Nothing wrong with that but just something I noticed. Overall the food is okay and the atmosphere is okay. Service has been good however for the most part. Do yourself a favor and dont go for lunch or on the weekdays.. seems a bit more understaffed and longer for food to come out. The best cuts are beef picanha, lambchops, lamb pichana, filet mignon and the rest are okay.. Remember to ask for how you like it cooked. Reservations are a must here unless you want to wait or unless its weekday for lunch.

This was an incredible Brazilian BBQ near to O’Hare in Chicago. Nestled in an entertainment complex of some sort, a beautifully stocked bar meets you as you enter. The decor is rich and decorated nicely. There is an incredible variety of tasty side dishes that represents a bit of a trap – beware because the meats are plentiful and they keep coming. Perfectly cooked BBQ with what seemed like 14 different varieties to try. Again, be careful because the staff will entice you with other novelties like the banana polenta. I indulged with their buttery roasted bone marrow which when spread over the crispy, toasted rustic bread transports you to another world. Really well done. And to top off the night all the South American wines were 50% off. Daniella and Natasha were friendly, kind and very attentive. A definite Chicago gem! Will be back again for sure.

This was our first time to visit this location, but the service was exceptional. Food was wonderful as always. Thank you for a great evening celebrating our anniversary, Fogo de Chao! Edit: We came back just a few days later because we got engaged! Wanted to return to celebrate this special, momentous occasion, and once again everything was wonderful. The food was incredible, and the service was impeccable. Do not miss out on the grilled cheese with honey! I didn't get his name, but the manager or one of the managers stays on top of things and works alongside the other employees. Everything is just wonderful. Cannot recommend this establishment enough for celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out.

A popular Brazilian all-you-can-eat steakhouse offering various grilled cuts served tableside and an impressive salad bar. The servers seemed busy and overwhelmed, but given the restaurant's concept, it was understandable. However, the woman at the host station could use some improvement; she seemed bored and even slightly annoyed by our presence. That said, the food itself was definitely excellent.

Brought my partner here for his birthday and I’m so glad I did. Carlos was our server and he really made the night. Made sure we were taken care of, that we had what we wanted, and chatted with us if he had time. The atmosphere was great, the food delicious, and the service impeccable. Highly recommend!
