  “I’ve been a customer of this beautiful restaurant for a long time, and once again, after going to court with my boss, this Friday we stopped by for dinner. We had a reservation for 5:45 PM, but arrived about 30 minutes early. There were around 15 empty tables available, and the host who greeted us said our table would be ready in 5 minutes. When I came back after 5 minutes, she told me that all the tables were reserved — even though many tables outside in the back were completely empty. I explained that my boss is diabetic and needed to sit down and eat something, so we went to the bar. Unfortunately, the service at the bar was just as disappointing. The two bartenders (one Latino and one American) completely ignored us while chatting with other customers as if nobody else was there. I had to repeatedly ask to be helped, while the other bartender continued ignoring us altogether. I found it extremely disrespectful. Meanwhile, there were about six employees standing around the bar talking and laughing as if they had nothing to do. After waiting 45 minutes, we finally got our table, and the host then came over to tell us that our reservation had been mistakenly canceled. I don’t know if the management has changed or if the restaurant now has incompetent staf they are very slow, but this level of service is unacceptable for a restaurant like Perch.”

  “This is an amazing venue! It's in a beautiful old building with original elevators. It's on the 13th floor and has wonderful views of the city. The service by everyone was exceptional; from greeters to servers and bus staff. Our waitress, Liz, was a star! The food was excellent. They had the best bar snacks I've ever had and all at super prices. There's also a nice terrace bar on the 15th floor.”

  “We made reservation right before we arrived this place. Vibe was really good. Live music was really nice but pretty loud in between talking. Wonderful rooftop downtown view seating. Also, Ceasars salad and ahi tuna were my favorite dishes! Perfect place to date and see your favorite friends! 💝💝”

  “Very Nice place to go celebrate an occasion. Food was delicious, staff was fantastic & the views were lovely. We ordered a bit of everything on the menu and none of it disappointed. Had a couple drinks from the menu & off the menu, bartender seemed to have good taste. Definitely will be coming back soon with more family and friends. Also had live music when we were there. Some might enjoy that others might not.”

  “We made it a little easier for our staff by ordering everything to share (1 of each for entree and appetizers) so he didn’t need to remember who ordered what. As for desserts, we had 2 of the bread pudding. We felt that it was great value as the food like the beef, chicken and seabass were excellent. Even the puree, polenta and risotto that came on the side, were delicious as well. Cocktails were quite expensive by Singapore standards at $18++ each but with the cool 18 degrees outdoor temperatures, skyline views and live music, it was quite an experience...   “Overall a good restaurant with a nice patio with great views and great cocktails and wine list. Tried a number of dishes and they were pretty good. The steak was cooked well but wasn’t a fan of the fries that was undercooked and then drenched in cheese sauce. The fish was also cooked well. Also the live music was a nice touch but a little too loud so made it very difficult for us to talk.”
