  “Love this place. It's quaint, cozy. They have inside and outside seating. If it's cool enough choose outside. It's so relaxing. Food was good. Service was good also. I recommend making a reservation. Because it is so cozy, seating is limited.”

  “We are from Illinois and we had an amazing experience here, it was brunch but we really wanted to try the tacos so they were nice enough to cook them. My husband had the burger and it was perfect! Definitely would recommend!”

  “I had such a wonderful experience at The Vig in Phoenix, and it was all because of our incredible waitress, Mercedes! From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. I wanted to customize my lunch, and instead of making it feel like an inconvenience, Mercedes enthusiastically helped me create the perfect meal. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure every detail was exactly the way I wanted it. It’s rare to find someone who combines outstanding customer service with such a positive, welcoming personality. Mercedes made our lunch feel special, and her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The food was delicious, but the exceptional service is what will bring me back. If you’re dining at The Vig, I hope you’re lucky enough to have Mercedes as your server. She is an absolute gem and a wonderful ambassador for the restaurant!”

  “From the hostess to Michael, our server, The Vig provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience feel special. We started with the Truffle Fries, and they were absolutely amazing... seasoned to perfection, with a goat cheese dip that was truly immaculate. For our entrees, we had the Fish and Chips with a side of Pozole. Both dishes stood out individually and were full of flavor. Having previously lived in California, I know what good pozole tastes like, and this was honestly some of the best I have ever had. The fish was fried perfectly, the Hot Honey Chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the slaw complemented it beautifully. What really stood out was the level of care and kindness from Michael. My 8-year-old daughter had a small cut on her arm, and he went out of his way to find her a bandaid. That small gesture meant so much and showed how attentive and thoughtful he was. I loved everything about this restaurant, from the food and service to the super clean bathrooms. The Vig is definitely worth visiting. You won’t be disappointed!”

  “Here’s a polished 5-star review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding experience at The Vig Downtown Phoenix, and Michael made it even better. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent recommendations, and checked in regularly without ever being intrusive. Michael’s professionalism and positive attitude elevated our entire dining experience. It’s clear he takes pride in providing exceptional service, and it definitely showed. The food and atmosphere were great, but Michael’s service is what will bring us back. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit The Vig! Thank you Michael!”

  “We ordered quite a bit of food for the table and wow, everything was delicious. Our server was so kind I wish I got his name but he has short locs ✨ excellent service I would recommend The Vig to everyone looking for good food and a lovely atmosphere. Their house margarita is solid 🍋‍🟩 Just for reference: We RSVP ahead of time so we walked right up and was seated. Kid friendly. There was a water bowl on the ground in the outdoor area so I asked a server if it was dog friendly and he confirmed. Street parking right in front or up the street.”

  “It was my daughter's graduation from college. So we was looking for somewhere to go to grab a quick bite. So my cousins found this place, which was my daughter, and my first time there, everything was great. It's a really nice restaurant in the inside. The service is good. The food is good and nice size portions Our waiter was very friendly and polite and so were the other staff. They also have happy hour as well. Monday through Friday, from 3 to 6 and they have a happy hour menu, I will recommend this place to my family and friends. Oh, and they also gave my daughter a free dessert for her graduation. We Thought that was really nice.”
