  “It's gotta be said, this place is magnificent. I'll start with the general atmosphere, I've never seen a place blend casual with formal so well. Walking in I thought I might be underdressed ( I was wearing shorts and a T-shirt) but I soon found that the vibe was lending to either fancy or casual. The various art installations in the restaurant are unique and like nothing I've ever seen. I'm not giving any spoilers because it's a must see! Time to get to the most important part, the food. I ordered the airline chicken and the meatballs both were so delicious that the only word that can possibly describe them is PHENOMENAL! Our server was Bri, she was excellent, super attentive and offered fantastic recommendations. If you ever find yourself in downtown Phoenix, Hanny's is a must.”

  “Lauren Treated us exceptional tonight. It was my first weekend here in Phoenix and she made me feel like I was a regular. The food was outstanding. Really recommend a margarita pizza with hot honey.”

  “The service and atmosphere were great. They even have a haunted doll exhibit in the basement which was cool if you’re interested in that stuff. The food was not great. I had the airline chicken, it was a small portion and expensive. The potatoes and carrots were undercooked and overall not very flavorful. The drinks were good.”

  “My friend and I had a very disappointing experience at the bar this evening due to the female bartender’s lack of professionalism. After requesting a glass of water, I waited for an extended period and ultimately I politely had to remind her. When she finally provided it, she carelessly tossed water into our glasses while much of it spilling onto the floor, which came across as both unprofessional and discourteous, while having negative mannerisms. As someone who manages an upscale restaurant and works in interior design, I understand that hospitality environments can be busy and that occasional mistakes happen. Despite the disappointing service, I did appreciate the atmosphere of the establishment. The interior design and artwork are beautiful. Whimsy and fun ambiance. The lighting, in particular was my favorite. It’s unfortunate that the quality of service did not reflect the same level of care and attention evident in the venue’s design.”

  “Great place to explore! Drinks are made with a heavy hand lol, and food is Amazing! DJ was on point! This place is for a younger crowd and everyone is dressed to the 9's. It's a place to been seen at. Lots of rooms to take photos in.”

  “We visited Hanny's under the recommendation of the staff at Hyatt Regency Phoenix. Quick walk and got there early before the rush. We opted for bar seating and received great cocktails and service. The thin crust pizza was a hit and the portion generous for one person. I had to sample it, too! The italian chicken strips had terrific flavor. Relaxing vibe at 4:30PM - perfect for end of our conference day. Highly recommend!”

  “We recently ate here and it was such an enjoyable experience! The food was fantastic and the service was Great! Our server, ALY was so delightful, she was always keeping our drinks topped off and was a delight to talk to! Thank you ALY!”

  “Love the place However one thing that really pisses me off about this place is their inconsistent pricing on drinks.. Especially reg soft drinks.. Is it 3.50/glass with each refill costing me or are refills free??? Each time is different. Depends on server and well thats not right This is the ONLY restaurant I have ever had to worry about this.. As a downtown resident this makes me NOT want to go back”
