Customer Review Summary
Desserts draw most of the praise, with light and fluffy waffles and children's pancakes singled out by one family, alongside the Vanilla, Pistachio and Rose Milk Cake, the cookie blast milkshake and Dubai chocolate pancakes. Reviewers repeatedly describe friendly, welcoming staff, a clean and beautiful room and a lovely atmosphere, with one server patient over indecisive choices and another taking time to explain the menu to children. The main reservations are cost and pace. Several call the desserts pricey, one found the palm sized croissant bun sandwiches light on filling and needed three to feel full, and others mention slow service and longer waits at busy times. One reviewer describes a rude exchange at the till on Eid, where a staff member refused to change an order because the ice cream was already scooped, and says she felt discriminated against, though a second staff member apologised and corrected the order.

“I ordered the croissant bun sandwiches. They were palm sized and lacked in the main filling but were overflowing with rocket. I really wish they could've been larger given the price point but they were rather tasty. It took 3 to satisfy my hunger which was slightly disappointing but im glad I got to try alot of the flavors. The desserts are far better portions and are well worth the stop in. Id recommend you go in store for the atmosphere but, like anywhere, prepare for longer waits at busy times.”

“Tried Heavenly Desserts recently. Desserts were nice and presentation was really good. Service was a little slow, but staff were friendly. Slightly pricey, but overall a good place for a dessert night.”

“We brought our daughter's for a birthday treat. Zeeshan and Wards were so welcoming and friendly. He took the time to explain the menu to the children, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, the waffles were light and fluffy and the children's pancakes were delicious. Thanks for a great experience!”

“I am a regular customer at Heavenly, and this incident took place on Eid when I came in with my family for dessert. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by the behaviour and customer service of one particular staff member. My friend had already placed an order for myself and my children, but afterwards my children decided they also wanted a waffle. I went up to the till simply to ask if I could add an extra waffle and remove one scoop of ice cream from the order. A female staff member with reddish/burgundy hair and glasses immediately turned around and gave me a very rude look, implying that she had already scooped the ice cream (bare in mind, i wasn’t speaking to her). As I politely tried to explain that I only wanted to adjust the order slightly, she aggressively turned away huffing and showing clear frustration towards me. At that point, I asked the other staff member why she was being rude. Thankfully, Ony handled the situation professionally, apologised on her behalf, listened respectfully, and helped correct the order. His customer service was excellent and greatly appreciated. However, the other staff member then turned back around and rudely said again, “I can’t change your order, I already scooped the ice cream,” in an extremely dismissive and disrespectful manner. I left feeling very upset by her attitude and the way I was treated, especially on a special family occasion like Eid. I genuinely felt uncomfortable and discriminated against because there was no reason for such hostility over a simple request. As someone who has worked in customer service and dessert shops myself, I was honestly appalled by the way she represented your company. Staff should be able to handle small order changes respectfully and professionally without making customers feel unwelcome. I would also like to thank Ony again for his respectful and helpful customer service, as he was the only reason the situation did not escalate further. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.”

“It’s really nice to have a restaurant in wolves that isn’t like a takeaway at all… Even though you can get a takeaway from here when you walk in the atmosphere is lovely, the food is beautiful and i’ve got to give it to the waiters they are really nice and make you feel so welcome. Thank you guys. I personally recommend the milkshakes the cookie blast was phenomenal.”
