Customer Review Summary

Homemade cakes are the clear draw, with reviewers describing them as "to die for" and singling out a strawberry and cream cake, while the flapjacks are called delicious. Close behind are the coffee, described as tasty and smooth, and lattes, tea and a panini for a light lunch. A chilli with rice, nachos and cheese is also mentioned, along with an ice cold Fanta in a glass bottle. Many describe a biker-themed venue in a modded shipping container, popular with local motorcyclists but also with dog walkers, and dogs are welcomed. Hosts and customers are repeatedly called friendly and welcoming, and a Bike Night brought a sociable evening. On the downside, one reviewer found service slow with only one person serving, and another says it is not the cheapest place but that its uniqueness makes it worthwhile. One rider laughed with the owner while squeezing onto a tiny Monkey bike.

“Great coffee and a panini on my first visit today, good prices, friendly customers, ample parking, gave Emma the owner a good laugh fitting my 6 foot frame on to a tiny Monkey 😂”

“I found this little gem through the "Bike and Brew passport" and what I can say is I will certainly be using this cafe in future. I had a cup of tea and one of the home made cakes which was great, so much so I ordered one for takeaway for my wife. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. There is a small seating area inside and also picnic style tables outside. The cafe seems popular with local bikers and I can see why. Well worth giving it a go.”

“Just been to our first Bike Night at The Gasket tonight with our little dog Poppy. The atmosphere is so nice and friendly. All welcome including dogs. Had delicious chilli, rice, nachos and cheese for fiver. Ice cold fanta in a glass bottle. Then lattes with homemade strawberry and cream cake, which was to die for. We've had the most lovely evening in ages meeting lots of people and other doggies. Without a doubt will visit again. Thank you.”
