  “Everything is fine but I ordered some food to take away and I was there waiting from nearly 1 hour and after that they packed it and putted it somewhere near them instead of giving it to us. We asked a lot for it and they said your meal is still cooking. We waited again then my dad got a bit angry because we was waiting from ages. And my dad asked again and they gave us the food that they putted somewhere instead of giving to us and the food was cold. It wasn’t fresh. And really bad✋ Really disappointed ☹️”

  “I'm sitting here now in the sports bar side of this place. I am working in West Bromwich now for 5 months. I have visited here 6 times. The menu is basic. The prices are cheap. The last four visits I have brought work colleagues here because we enjoy darts and the prices are favourable for our budget whilst away from home. I won't be coming back myself. There is one woman who serves, she for no reason has a very unpleasant disposition towards me. I'm polite and never gave her any reason to act like this. This evening the food was terrible. I didn't eat my meal because it looked like it was thrown together with no care. And I know tomorrow my stomach will regret it. The fries were the bottom of the basket cast offs. 50 percent discount doesn't warrant 10 percent effort on service and food quality. One of my colleagues had the same and was also disappointed. I'll not complain directly because this review will hopefully make a change for the better if it's read by the owners. Maybe she is an owner. If so you'd think that new customers who also purchase alcohol which is where the money is made in this establishment would at least be served with half decent food and some type of courtesy.”

  “Half price food, can't moan at that. Food is always nice but it depends how busy it is to how fast it actually arrives at your table once you've ordered. On the odd occasion we've had to inquire when the rest of our food will be brought out but thankfully this doesn't happen to often. It's worth a visit as long as your prepared to wait at very busy times”

  “So I went to this restaurant today at first it was ok but when we ordered the food it took over 1 hour and 30 minutes for the starter to come and half the starters didn’t even come. The main came after 1 hour or more and half the stuff we ordered they brought to us 1 by 1 their excuse was we have other orders but I’m sorry but we was waiting before everyone else secondly there was only 2 chefs in the kitchen at the time the staff taking the order was not communicating correctly with the chef and everything was delayed it was 20:30 when the main had come and then our second starters when that should have been given to us before service was terrible staff were getting annoyed because we was speaking up and asking them where our order was but they couldn’t handle it and gave us something else and not what we wanted then took another 40 minutes to get the correct dish I think you really need to up your service and hire more cooks and the system is very stupid you order at the bar what food you want then it gets passed to the kitchen in other restaurants the waiter comes to the table and asks what you want then takes it to the person who prepares it but this service was very slow by the time the food had came to our table I had lost appetite to eat and food was cold have a better service if you are going to have a restaurant open or don’t have one very disappointed with the service and the staff food was very spicy and not to my standards it’s like they put a whole chilly box into the food absolutely shocking service please fix it because I’ve visited before and it wasn’t like this”

  “I had a very disappointing experience at this bar and grill. I waited over an hour for my food, which is completely unacceptable, especially since the restaurant wasn’t extremely busy. What made it worse was seeing other customers who arrived after me get their food served first. There didn’t seem to be any organization or fairness in how orders were handled. No one came to explain the delay or apologize for the long wait. Good service is about communication and respect for customers’ time, and unfortunately, this place failed at both. I understand that delays can happen, but being ignored while others are served before you is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management improves their service process because this experience definitely left a bad impression.”

  “I had a very disappointing experience at King Arthur Bar & Mixed Grill and will not be returning. From the moment we sat down, things felt off — the menus were dirty and unhygienic, which is unacceptable in any food establishment and immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The restaurant advertised 50% off, but this turned out to be extremely misleading. Rather than offering a genuine discount, the portions were clearly reduced by around 50%, meaning you are effectively paying full price for half the food. This was especially obvious with the mixed grill, which was poor value for money and far smaller than expected for a dish that is normally meant to be generous and filling. To make matters worse, the naan bread was not even a full-size naan, looking more like a half portion. Combined with I I the reduced mixed grill, the meal left us feeling short-changed and unsatisfied. Overall, this was an awful experience — misleading offers, poor value, small portions, and a lack of attention to hygiene. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly won’t be coming back.”

  “The Perfect Place for a Dinner. I was pleasantly surprised that you can eat deliciously and plentifully for just £30 for two. The food was served just 5 minutes after placing the order! The staff are polite, friendly, and work very efficiently. The place is clean, cozy, and the food is truly tasty. If you value a combination of quality, speed, and price, this spot is perfect for you. Highly recommend!”

  “Went on a Friday (West Brom), having been told over phone that we could not reserve a table for 4ppl and it was walk in only. The car park was small, but manage to get the last spot at 5pm. Upon entering, there was a nice looking function room, restaurant side and bar side. We sat in the bar side. It initially looked good with 4 dart boards, pool table, very large screen. When drinks were bought the young man put the money on the counter, rather than giving in the hand; rather ignorant. The drinks were fine. We ordered the food at the bar, as pictured. ( kid) The fish fingers were tiny and over cook, with floppy fries. The Keena Naan was rather small. The portion of side chips was very small, the bucket was stuffed with paper, taking away the volume of chips, they were cheap looking and floppy. The lamb Rogan Josh ( chosen to compare to another where it was rated 5/5) was a small portion, not worth sharing, only had 7 bits of lamb in it, and was just a lot of sauce. The pub was not packed, yet the man clearing the tables was quickly taking things away, my kid had not finished his soft drink, and I was picking at the food. But he took away. Thus not impressed, will not be going back”

  “Fantastic food with 50% off every day. All the below video for £18. Good choice of drinks at very reasonable prices all served with a smile. Big shout out to Khushal for feeding us in the lounge, so that we could watch the Olympics. Thank you.”
